The one in "custom pos" column with the number 1 in the first digit is telling it to put that video on the playfield(1). Change the first number to make it show on the backglass(2) if thats where you want it. Since I dont know your display setup or how many you have, change it to a 2,0,0,100,100 and it should show in the top left corner of the backglass. Or 0,0,0,100,100 if you have a 3 screen option with 0 being the topper.
Either that or turn it off completely which should be a choice in the "mode" column dropdown.
You can mimick one of the other "custom pos" if you wish as well if that works for you.
I don't have the game or the pup pack loaded so this is the best I can do.
Nailbuster also has videos on YouTube on how to position puppack videos.

I'm having trouble similar to others I've seen, where the music won't play through the back glass. All music files are imported (they play), and toggled to play via back glass in Sound Manager settings, but come through the table speakers. In fact, ALL sounds come through the table regardless of positioning in the sound manager. 
 

Was hoping an update from the 10.7.0 release to the 10.7.2 release would resolve it, but it hasn’t. 

This is happening only on this table. All 700 others work as they should. Have yet to try the Queen table - read this may occur on that table as well. 
 

Has anyone else who’s had this issue been able to resolve it yet?

 

Did you ever get this fixed, just trying this table and encountering the same issue,
