You need to drop the 2 central targets, then you need to hit the spinner to light and scroll through the left targets, hitting the target with the lit light will turn on the multiplier.

Dear JP, dear shannon1,

thank you for this nice - new to me - game. But I cannot get it into run. I receive a script runtime error, it says: in line 119 game name not found. Of course the supplied rom is where it should be.

What could I do? Thanks, Christian.

I guess you have an older vpinmame, and this flashman rom is not emulated yet in the vpinmame you are using.

You can try this 3.4: Visual PinMAME (Standalone DLL) - VPForums.org

Yes, I changed the VPinMame and it works! Thank you very much. For all 5-ball game lovers I offer here the respective nv ram.

Weird problem, the start key on my cabinet won't start this game, but pressing 1 in a keyboard works. This is the only game with this problem. Any suggestions on what I should be looking at?

I had the same with other Spanish SSs (MAC), reason was at the Ultimarc I-Pac2 was for whatever reason the tick box for shift ticked. Removed the tick and the flaw was gone.

I wish I could read Spanish so I can understand the user manual for this vpx table. Currently this table is set to 1 coin for 7 credits but I would like to change it to 1 coin / 1 credit.

F6 doesn't bring up any dip switch menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE

4.0.0 Updated 27.9.2022
- Updated to my VPX7 physics
- Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL). Including GI brightness adjustment. Use the LUT changer together with the day/night slider to give the table the level of darkness you prefer.
- Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound, as people seem to like those kind of sounds better.

The settings are operated by some keys inside the machine, and I guess they are not emulated.

same behavior for me - only key "1" starts a game, but not the start button... and if the left magna is pressed, an error appears:

Line: 207

Variable is undefined: 'Lutbox'

maybe the problem with wrong startbutton and wrong coin counts depends on the "play4.vbs" ?? which version are you using, @jpsalas  ?

You have a vbs script that you should not have
think name starts with a G but i forget name of it

helpful hint
It aint included in the VPX download (came with some table when the author should not have done that)

You can basically, rename your scripts folder to scripts-old, and extract the scripts folder from vpx 10.7.0 or higher
and replace your existing scripts folder, and should resolve the issue.

JP should pop in soon and he will remember the exact script name if you wanna wait.

If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

The script name is GlobalPlugIn.vbs, just simply delete it.

This GlobalPlugIn.vbs was meant to be an extension to the core.vbs, but was never used. And an author thought his LUT routine should be put there so this file is loaded automatically and breaks every other LUT routine. So simply delete that file.

UPDATE

4.0.1 Updated 29.09.2022
- Added missing LUTbox.

About the missing LUTbox, I guess I forgot to add the text to the desktop :) So here it is a revision :)

About Play4.vbs: I'm using the one that comes with the latest VPX beta. But I don't think it has been changed for a long time, at least I can't see any revision date in the file.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Hi,

part of good news - error with lutbox is fixed... thanks !

BUT: i don't have or had this suspicious "globalplugin.vbs"... and also I have always ONLY the script folder of the actual vpx installation (v.281 from github - btw NO problems with this...)

I tried the second sportmatic table of my cab - Terrific Lake... and what to say? It have the same behavior with 5 credits per coin, and ONLY accept the "1" as start. Not the normal start-Button...
