I think you should ask about the very nice Wildman db2s backglass.
It's still available in an other vp forum of this universe ;)

Final version uploaded : 2.2

This time I'm happy :) I'm sorry for the number of updates but each time I was thinking "it's done!" lol

My new but very ugly "DarkLightShow" code introduced in 2.0 version has been fully rewritten and is now very nice :)

The multiball light show is now really awesome and the lighting fully configurable :)

The inserts , flasher and lights power is updated in live depending of the curent darkness and GI of the table.

It really improves the experience!

Thanks to your comments I changed a few things: VPinMAME version needed, the new LUTs  selection code with dark ones... etc...

Now the full lighting is also set automatically depending of the lut darkness.

Also some more cleanings applied : script code, playfield inserts, a few textures/reflexion and transparencies fixed etc...

This time it should be done! I really hope you will enjoy. If you like this game the new 2.2 version deserves to be downloaded :)

Have to laugh a little bit to your last version comment. I believe I've heard that one from you a couple of times before, but, of course I don't mind that at all. Thank you, Aubrei. Played the 2.0b yesterday and now the weekend is here, I have a plan of testing the upgraded version of course :)

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Yes I remember saying you that I will not update it even more after 1.5

But in fact I still wanted to get more of this table and now I think I put the best I can in it :)

I'm now even rather satisfied by the code I wrote for this table and how I push the lighting and some details in the last version ^_^

Now I will have to find an other project... :hmm: :P

Wonderful table you made, very nice to see this one. Just a suggestion if you want to take a siimilar project, maybe Excalibur from Gottlieb, it needs some more love that table :)

Great additions/enhancements in the last few days!  Easy addition to my favorites list.

I have to agree with Thalamus, don't quite trust the finality of your "final version"; it definitely feels done to me, but you keep finding improvements :D

Many Thanks Again! @Aubrel, all of your updates and changes on Barb Wire and Big House have been excellent and have really improved the look and playability of both tables. Can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for your next project. Much Respect and Thanks for sharing.

Hi Aubrel,

first of all, thank you very much for this update shared with this community.

I experienced a glitch in the game: the ball after bumping against the right flipper entered behind the right slingshot and went captive there below.

I tried moving the ball around the slingshot in debug mode, but I was not able to replicate the glitch.

Have a great day.

Massimo

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug.

I had the same issue for the first time a few days ago and I hop I managed to fix it in the very last version.

Did it happen to you with the very last version 2.2 uploaded yesterday?

Hi Aubrel,

thank you for your quick response,

Yes, I noticed it with the version 2.2 compressed into the "Big House (Gottlieb 1989) MOD 2.2a.rar" file.

Please note that I played a lot (say 20/30 minutes) and this happened just one time, and as wrote above I've not been able to replicate it through the debugging tool.

Not that I'm a VPinball designer, I'm just a beginner in that, but I can't imagine how it could be happened, since I see that you made collidable the plastic on top of the slingshots.

By the way (not sure this can help) when the ball was trapped under the right slingshot plastic, I moved it with the debugging tool and at a certain point I got a second ball which was locked before, out of the tube ramp on the left, and then the ball exited from below the slingshot.

Everywhere a ball rolls, there's fun!
