I use my CAB which is a dual screen, so I'm not sure how to advise you on a HMD only display. For VRRoom tables you should be fine, I'm not sure if you use a std table with a Db2s file though. If you use PUP you shouldn't use a Db2s file it may interfere with PUP, I learned that the hard way.

 

As far as the Altcolor folder it goes in the Vinmame folder. Vpinmame\Altcolor. Hope you have yourDMDdevice.ini set correctly. and make sure you hit  F1 during the table and uncheck the show DMD/display box and then check the external and colorize box's.

 

Sweeet thanks for the help! Cant wit to try it out.. I went with the set up guide and video in the pup page and from what I can tell it says its working but knowing me I got it wrong lol.. 

 

what about VR options in VPX is there anything I mite need to check or uncheck for color DMD or PUPs?

No not in VR options, but in the configure keys Properties pull down you have to check the box for PUP on the lower right.

I knew Id seen that option somewhere but I couldn't find it again and thought I was going crazy lol

 

It seems to be working after getting the right boxes checked like you said to do. Working good now!

 

Got color on Dracula and PUPs on Xmen as a first test out!

 

WAAAAAaaaayyyyyyyy better then back in the fist days of capturing the DMDs and PUPs manually!

 

So sweet!.. cant wait to fine tune it and get more color DMDs and PUPs to try

Hi everyone. I can't run a vr table.  i don't have Steam VR under 3D Stereo Options in the video settings of vpvr ! The only options it lists are Disabled, Top Bottom, Interlaced, and Side by Side? i don't know why ? Someone knows this problem ? thank's

I have an oculus quest and i use VPX 10.6.0 and i try VPVR 22.06.2020 to 28.12.2020 versions but no issue. Vpx works well without VR.

No tips, but can you give me some additional information (Table, 32/64bit...) and a screenshot of the error? Also for the build I uploaded, its ported to the latess 10.7beta, has some tweaks and bugfixes, but the commits from Djrobx and Rawnei on the github repository are still missing. I try to add them next week.

 

I got to reading a few other posts recently about new work for AMD cards and VR so I finally got to swapping back in my 8GB AMD GPU.  I gave it a try getting it to work with the AMD card and with the new updates it is working!

 

I used the AIO VPX 10.6 installer, then I installed the 10.6.1 over the top, then 10.7 beta from today and your newest .7 32-bit VR build and I had to put RGBA 8 (recommended) and Blit (recommended) then the black funky screen went away and it works!.. It doesn't just work, it works really pretty dang good! I see a clarity diff and performance boost, not huge but a little lol

 

So thanks for the updates to the VR or maybe it was in the VPX updates but either way were back in the saddle! Thanks again to all!

Have some more VR backglass questions..

 

I got to messing with non VR tables again and had some good success with copying in working and adjusted DMD flashers. I also changed my settings in VR options for Backglass/DMD sources:

 

then in my Configure Keys/ Nudge:

and for Arron Spelling I was able to get a good result:

 

The problem is this looks good but the backglass isn't animated anymore. When I set my Configure/Keys to NOT disable B2s and have the backglass on the desktop "captured", while in VR the 'captured' backglass is all squashed.. So.. any ideas??
