Here's what it has:
KL25Z board for all inputs and nudge
2 - 3.5" Dayton Tactile Transducers hooked up to a Lepai 20 watt stereo amp. (the only signal they get is from the mech sounds)
The monitor is an upcycled laptop screen, just for loading tables and downloading from the web.
A really small wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse. (I have plenty of other wires!)
The joystick is for room recentering and table up and down. (easy to find in VR)
I built storage posts for my touch controllers (easy to find in VR) and a hanger on the right side for my Rift.
Real pinball legs, but a fake lockdown bar made of wood. (feels real in VR)
I took all the dimensions directly from my Fire! cabinet, so it's totally regulation all the way.
Made out of 3/4" plywood, so it is very stable and has some mass, yet easy to move around.
