One more question - for Kees or anybody...

On the table I owned (40 years ago) the posts on the spinner were black , not yellow.  I figure there has to be a way to change that, but I don't know how.  Does anybody know?

I managed to turn the bell off, since my table didn't seem to have one (or more likely it was broken), but in my (very amateur) digging around I have not found how to change the color of the posts.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Axel

In the editor. You will find assets associated with the object on the right side. It may sometime be a material or it might be a picture. You can always adjust those. If it is a picture, export it, edit it - re-import it.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Thank you Thalamus!  That worked perfectly and I learned something new!

I am still in awe of all the folks who make these tables and the amazing support of the community!

You know. Poking around in the tables, just like you did is huge reason why I love this hobby. Don't like it - adjust it :)

General vpforums question:  How does the "Broken" tag get removed?  The correct version of the download is there now, and I hate for folks not to try this nice table because they see "Broken" tag

My last 2 pinball tables seems to be broken. I have made an update and uploaded it. As long as the files keep mentioned broken,I don't upload any new table.

In the meantime I upload new tables to affiliated pinball websites.

The mark broken should have been disabled a long time ago. It is very often misused by newbies that don't even know how to install the tables properly.

I think you are absolutely right.

But for me it is still annoying while my updated files and solutions still keep broken and the admin didn't take the effort to check it.
Unfortunately (new) users who want to download, don't trust it.
Anther part is also. VPX is flexible with tuning the table physics, so I assume every Visual Pinball user knows a little bit how to solve tiny errors or how to tune. I don't expect to program the script file.

About programming the script file, I know a bit of programming in Basic and Pascal 35 years ago during my student life.

with kind regards,

Oh. I'm sure that the guys that have been around for a while is able to manage quite well. But, there are without doubt also a lot of users that are either lazy or have no clue or intention of learning what makes this all work. Only look at a post I did earlier today. Wanted a new upload just because the sound files where not named correctly. And the user has been member for over 5 years already.

Dear Kees, dear community,

as said I love this table, unfortunately the SPSA indicator on the BG was without function.

With this script is works

Attached File  Aces and Kings with SPSA indication on BG.zip   9.11KB   9 downloads

Again, Kees thank you for your recreation, Christian.

thanks

quick note

if you remove line 141

B2SOn=True

then you will able to enable and disable the dB2s automatically

using the disable dB2s in your key config page

attachicon.gif Capture.PNG

NOTE!!!!!   I did not fully test to see that everything works.  I just got the table to load with and without the dB2s active

Actually, you need to comment out lines 141-147 to get rid of the second backglass loading.

Cheers

Nursie

perhaps you should walk a mile in someones shoes before you call them lazy

not every one is so technically adept as you.
