My rom sound issues continue to plague me. converting all vpt to vpx tables and this is the 5th one now that has no rom sound. I set F6 to noises and background. F1 use sound is checked. Hoping someone can chime in (no pun intended) on why I keep loosing my rom sounds on random vpx tables? Some work and some don't.

table looks great as always.

Nevermind, somehow the sound started working again. Not sure what I did other than mess with the audio options. Tried a few settings then ended up back with the orig settings. perhaps this reset it? dunno, but it was not working a few hrs ago. now it is. go figure. Thanks Santa!

So I modded your table because I like to play it a lot, based it on an photo of a real table.

UPDATE

4.0.0 Updated 28.9.2022
- Updated to my VPX7 physics
- cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table
- Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL). Including GI brightness adjustment. Use the LUT changer together with the day/night slider to give the table the level of darkness you prefer.
- Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound, as people seem to like those kind of sounds better.
- Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.
- Some small small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.
- Made the light inserts warmer.
- Added SSF sound commands.

There aren't many graphic changes in these v4 updates, but due to a newer Environment Image the metals will look much better and sharper.

JP thanks for the excellent and beautiful work and especially for sharing!

those tables that have this aspect of different dimensions in cabinets have a space on the screen... to minimize this, is it possible to put a visible lock down bar on it?

I also didn't find the option to use JPBall-FS :(

big hug

Yes, I can add that in the next revision, although it may take some time as there are a lot of tables in my queue :)

Thanks.  Take as much time as you need, I am not really in a rush for it.  Just thought that I would put it on your radar.   :)

I have updated the table with the revision 4.3.0 but I forgot to add the 7 digits! I'll add it in a few minutes... So no need to download it yet if you should like the 7 digits :D

UPDATE

4.3.0 Updated 08.12.2023
- Slowed down the table
- Updated physics to my Rev3. Including physics materials, flippers and slingshot shapes.
- Updated LUT images, 10 shades and 10 warmer shades.
- Updated to my latest set of mechanical sounds.

You can now select 6 or 7 digits rom in the script, just comment/uncomment the rom you prefer.
Remember to press F6 to set some defaults, at least the match feature and the show credits.

Hi JP !

Just to report that your uploaded table is stated as broken and can't be downloaded but I did a quick test and all is fine on my side.

You may want to remove this wrong info from the download page.

Thanks again for all your tables, greatly appreciate them.

Yes, usually there is no gate there on most of the real tables. But you can set it to visible if you like :)

This gate (real table image):

On your table it still functions as if it was there, just invisible.
