I don't believe so.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a great looking / playing table!   :otvclap: :love39: :otvclap: :love39:

 * I had a small bug/glitch with my VirtuaPin plunger and this table initially.

The plunger wasn't making enough "contact" with the ball in the plunger lane or something....kinda weird actually.

If anyone else experiences this, i have a simple solution for you shown in the attached picture.

This could just be on my cab/setup/system, but just in case anyone else has any issues, this can be a solution as it's worked for me on this table, and others in the past.

The normal button plunger with the "enter" key worked of course perfectly upon setup.

I've just added a few "thanks" in the download description text, no change at the table. I've started a update version 1.1 already but right now just one bug with the tilt switch (changed from 30 to swTilt, thanks Pin-Pete). So it's time to wait a bit longer for an update.

I just gave this one a go.  Fantastic job!  It plays so smooth and true.  One of the things I noticed was just how accurate it was in almost every aspect.  I have a Mousin Around and I adore the game.  It's one of those that gets a lot of compliments when other pinball players come over.  It's not one they get a chance to play very often, and it always challenges them, but also rewards them.  It really is a sleeper title.

Here's a few of the things I noticed.  the ramps entrances and slopes are dead on.  It takes a true shot up the right ramp to get the mouse hole.  You can rattle it up if you want to just get around the top of the ramp, but if you want that mouse hole, you've got to hit it solid.  And the center ramp was tough to hit.  You'd think with it being dead center of the playfield, it would be an easier shot, but even on the real game, it can be a challenge to hit.  You have to hit it square to make the quick flip up to the top of the ramp.  Hitting the sides causes it to just chunk out and this emulation has that spot on.  I was really impressed by that.  The outlanes were forgiving, just as they are on the real game, and I only wish every table had flippers as dialed in as this one.

All that said, there were two things I noticed that left room for improvement.  The first is an easy fix that I could do on my own.  There's no need for the center post between the flippers.  Looking at IPDB, I see some have it, and some don't.  Mine doesn't.  And nobody has ever suggested mine needs it.  What mine does have is an odd little plug in the playfield that looks like it was originally drilled for a post, but that it was left out at the factory and instead, this plug was put in it's place.  You can see one like it in this pic: http://ipdb.org/show...no=48974&zoom=1  With or without the post isn't really a big deal, but I didn't think the .vpt needed it.

The second thing I noticed though is a bigger deal.  The ramp exits on the .vpt are not quite right.  Both ramps halt the ball before dropping it.  The real machine doesn't.  And many a good player falls victim to not being ready for the ball to fall out fast.  If you look closely, you'll see that the ramps are just open at the exit.  They have that angled plastic with the blue frame, but it doesn't slow the ball down.  It's not like other games where the ramp has an end with a little pad at the end where the ball will stop then drop straight down through a hole.  Mousin feeds the ball from the ramp to the flippers with zero reduction in speed.  It's a subtle nuance, but it's really a pretty big part of what makes Mousin Mousin.

the last thing I noticed, and this is just a visual thing that doesn't affect the game at all is the squiggle ramp/plastic that feeds the ball down from the mouse hole. With all the smooth corners and curves, why is this so blocky?

Other than those few things... absolutely brilliant job on this one!

Man, thanks a lot for this compliment, it's awesome to hear that the table is playing "true". IMHO the biggest compliment we can get.

We'll have a look into all the points you have mentioned for a version 1.1. Pretty interesting is the "high speed ball fall down", I would have never expected this.

and I only wish every table had flippers as dialed in as this one.

Just copy these flipper physics to your other tables once you find a set that you like.

I fix "almost" every table I get with my favorite physics.

That is very strange.

Try deleting the nvram.

make sure you're using the latest build of vp9.1.6

Thank You for this fantastic table - lots of fun, plays great.  I used rev .622, but went to .621 because balls would not load on other tables.

Someone asked your exact question a couple of weeks ago in another thread. I posted a quick tutorial on how to do it but I cannot remember the thread and I'm at work right now and can't search it out. Try some searching, I'm sure it will turn up. If not ill try and find it after work
