Thanks for the VP9 version biggrin.gif The only things I don't like is the new backdrop and the nudge settings. The fake wood inside the cabinet looks kinda unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, I like the new versions wink.gif

Do they run smooth? This may be a case of insufficient hardware.

What vid card do you have?

Try unchecking the "Hardware Rendering" box and save the table. Then, close and reopen VP and load the table.

Nope, definitely NOT insufficient hardware...

I haven't seen this issue, as far as I recall. Hopefully, someone else has and can help you out.

Sorry.

Turning off hardware rendering does fix the problem though smile.gif

I think I've seen this issue before, when the resolution you're running in doesn't quite work right with certain tables. Try a different resolution and see what happens.

JP,

I just gotta say: Thank you!!! And thank you again! I took your 6 machines and followed the instructions to do overhead 16:9. Then I took my monitor (No dual screen here, which is sad because it means I can't use all those destruk conversions) and flipped it...

Beautiful. I mean, absolutely gorgeous. This is what I was hoping Virtual Pinball would give me after all these years. I've barely slept the last two days trying to rule the world. Honestly I can't remember the last time I was so addicted to a game. Thank you so much.

As far as converting TSPP and Flintstones. I would say that no matter how good it was on VP8, the VP9 16:9 support is so incredibly awesome, that it would be worth it. Having said that, there's tons of great pinballs, so I'll follow whatever you do. I'm not about to ask for anything: There's 5 other machines that I haven't even played yet!

I have updated the table to version 1.1

New in 1.1

added the small UFO leds, reflections, and some adjustments in the fading lights, nudge, Gi, and in the general settings. There are also a few new backdrops in the zip file.

Thanks for the update JP. Good morning to you BTW smile.gif

With the first VP9 version I thought for myself; "it does not get better than this", but then you tweak the table and make it better, amazing biggrin.gif

EDIT: I just played the updated version... It looks really good smile.gif

JP this game is perfect in every way. AFM is one of my favorite recent pinballs and you have captured its essence graphically and in game play.
Truly a remarkable playing experience. BIG congrats for a fine job done. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

I'm playing with a new vVidia 9400GT 1GB video card and even the most intense multiball doesn't slow the game down a bit.
I LOVE IT!
