So take your 'hilarious' Troll photo and do something rather inappropriate with it.

No offence meant, but there is no reason for such aggression.

---Please refrain from trolling ... this means everyone ... and blanket 'facts' aren't helpful, as virtually everyone has a different opinion.

Why has this MM release thread become a topic about trolling? facepalm.gif It should be reserved for offering 'kudos' to the author(s) of this awesome table. From what I've been reading, lots of these threads drift off topic and a copeous amount lean toward negativity. Here is a 'cut and dry' solution. FP is awesome! VP is awesome! End of story. Without either of them, the ability to play these (many long forgotten) tables would not be possible. cool.gif

I agree but when the trolls come out from under their bridges, sometimes it is necessary to talk about trolling.

Next time a new GREAT FP table gets added, I'll reconsider opening a thread.

The best virtual pinball tables don't seem to be released here. The authors obviously don't rate this site and prefer to release their tables elsewhere. I can certainly feel the hostility in this forum so maybe that's why. Praising the work of these very talented authors seems to label you as a Troll. Very odd behaviour.

There's a way to praise the work of talented authors without denigrating the efforts of others, which you like to do. Perhaps that's where the hostility comes from? But continue to play the victim as you wish.

I'm happy whenever anyone else gives their time freely so that I may enjoy the fruits of their labors, even if that fruit is sometimes a bit spotted or I prefer one kind of fruit over another. I can't wait to give this version of MM a try.

I agree with Nick.

Praising authors is not trolling, that is ludicrous. Please don't insult our intelligence with that.

It's when you say stuff like only 1 table is keeping you from removing VP from your hard-drive and you are deleting JP's and/or Groni's absolutely amazing MM versions that you are trolling. That is why you feel hostility and are labeled as a troll. Then you play the victim.

Love me some VP, but whenever a decent table for FP gets released I am happy. Always glad to have quality table available for FP playing.

Make sure if you grabbed it early, you go back and get the latest version. It's 1.2b. The first release (1.0) had a few minor bugs in it. facepalm.gif 1.2b seemed to work excellent.

Wonderful Table. Gotta Love FP. IMO VP and FP have there uses. VP is great for getting as authentic as you can. Where FP comes with a nice arcadeish view on tables.

For me it's the other way around. VP tables suffer from terrible lifeless lighting and are as far from realistic as you can get. Honestly, have you guys ever played a real table? Notice the lights, see how they light up the playfield and add tons of atmosphere to the game? FP is much more realistic and since I've been playing MM on FP, the VP version, as good as it was, would be like going from Blu-Ray back to VHS!

Now if my opinion offends you, then you really need to grow up. It's just my point of view.....y'know freedom of speech. coffee1.gif

This is just for Jon Baker.... I tried to like FP 3 times over the years, even worked with the editor each time. It always seems great when I first fire it up, but then it slowly turns into a nonsensical construction set with too many limitations, that after 3 or 4 weeks, I toss it into the recycle bin. It is really a shame as I want to like it, I just can't. I have been using VP since 2001 and trust me, I am no VP fan boy, if someone releases a better pinball editor, VP will be tossed, it's all about the game for me. Have fun with either editor you choose, but let's still hope for a better editor to be created or FP and VP to be advanced as they are both just growing moss at the moment.

Oh and I forgot.... STFU.

Even though I've never been a huge FP fan, I did go ahead and grab this since it was, like, Totally Medieval smile.gif MM is one of my all-time favorite tables and I pretty much am obligated to give any interpretation of it a go...

Very nice work...I like the fact it's 5 balls in FP instead of the normal 3. Looks indistinguishable from the real thing.

This is probably something with my set, but I've noticed on FP tables (including this one) that have a DMD in the HUD, the DMD is always gray in color, where if you look at the DMD that's on the table, it's the normal orange, and if you look at the HUD DMD in the editor it indicated the HUD DMD is supposed to be orange
