I just left them a nasty message on their phone. I suggest you do the same...

(267) 390-4822 (press 0 right away during the message, then wait a minute to get a machine)

or fax:

(215) 953-8535

Also, you can tell them how you feel on their contact page...

Now, now, let's not get carried away.

It's obvious their little infomercial backfired, that should be adequate enough bad karma.

I was in an OK mood tonight, until I saw this video. You should have heard the message I left him. My wife was looking at me like I was crazy. smile.gif I also left him my email and phone number in case he wants to contact me back.

I'll take the info off if you want me to, but I really think that as a group, we should tell him how we feel.

(Reminds me of those guys that get first in line to buy new tech products, and then smash them in front of everyone. I guess some people just have too much money, and no soul)

Well, their info is public domain, so not much I can really say there, let's just be tactful in how we berate their ignorance.

Meh, I might have been upset if it had been anything better than an Omega Race you can't get screens for, a gutted After Burner and a Gottlieb Streetfighter II. But surely the problem here is that more responsible people AREN'T buying these things off them?

i suppose that all these machines were "not repairable", and all good pieces were taken off...
but, even in that case, im sure that lots of people would have been happy to get these for free or a small fee

in the other hand, all this make them publicity ! good or bad no matter, IT WORKS ! simply because this makes people talk about them

No. This is not advertising, and I don't believe it helped them. Bad publicity might be good for a hollywood star, but not for business.

Yeah, not good.

I watched more than I should have ..... I was hoping his riggers glove got caught on the cabinet and he'd go over with it. But no such luck. It's been one of those days sad.gif

Poor show, and a bad advert for TNT.

As much as I post in forums, Noah pointed me here after I posted the video on my facebook page.

Everyone has options and so let it be at that. I've know Todd for some time now. Most of you who have watched the video see one on thing.. machines being busted up with no lack of respect. DID we look any closer?

CPU boards lacking eproms, (in other words bad cpus from customers or lack of maintaince changing BATTERIES) , busted up cabinets holes where there should be (ie. Cosmetic flaws, water damage, wiring harnest damaged etc and so forth ) Transformers that may have been burned up or shorted.

In other words this is JUNK that is JUNK. Todd wouldn't have tossed it if it didnt have any value, Yes this is where everyone can whine but as I will say refer to my previous statement.

Here at the pinballstore yes we have junk that is junk... we get people asking can we get that off you .. We will flat out say no. Because of the problems of people saying ' but you sold it to me it was missing this this this and this..' THUS JUNK!

I think everyone should look at the moral of his story... "anyone will buy anything at an auction" . Todd doesn't like selling junk nor so I... Standard business practice to make sure the customer is satisfied. Don't bother responding to my post I don't read forums. Just read and move on. I'm just posting it from my point of view.

But if the "buyer" is informed that it is "as-is", that eliminates that problem. There are people that will put money and time into that type of machine, either for resell value, or to have a classic machine cheaper than buying a new one.
‎"Compassion hurts. When you feel connected to everything, you also feel responsible for everything. And you cannot turn away. Your destiny is bound with the destinies of others. You must either learn to carry the Universe or be crushed by it. You must grow strong enough to love the world, yet empty enough to sit down at the same table with its worst horrors." - Andrew Boyd

Throw away junk all you want. Just don't post it to You-tube, thinking that it is funny, or a good advertisement. My first impression of Todd is hatred toward the man.

Todd is a moron. He paid those guys to carry all of that stuff up to the roof and then throw it off and then clean it up and then haul it to the dump.... He could have placed a FREE sign on them and saved all of that labor and gained a happy customer. smile.gif

If they were throwing unwanted or sickly animals off the roof I doubt people would find it amusing. However what they did is just as bad in my book.

Why didn't they just follow those games and jump from the roof?

Really? Really. Really? Really. [/miz]

Well, anyhoo, my 5 cents. To me, it doesn't matter if it's junk or not, because just look at the reaction it got here! Burning hatred. Is that really the impression you want to make?

And even then he could just have sold the cabinets - there's buyers for that. People that want to make a VP cabinet would have loved to buy an empty pinball cabinet off of him. Empty arcade cabinets are awesome for MAME cabs as well.

He should have had a BIG disclaimer at the beginning that everything he destroyed was not usable anymore, because hell hath no fury than a pinhead scorned.

sad...very sad and sickening...firing squad's too quick for 'em...crucifixion sounds much better. Yes, those stupid morons should be CRUCIFIED for that garbage.

Even if the games themselves were completely irreparable, the cabinets could still be useful, and someone could use them for parts. There's no sense in throwing those off the friggin' roof.

Hope their business dies a horrible screaming death...

wow. i have to admit, this is pretty upsetting to me and im guessing plenty of other people. i think someone should pool a ton of money together and buy that guy out so he can't harm anymore machines!
