damn! almost one per week! how do you possibly create a table in such a short time? I know the rom pack coding is cut and paste with just name changes yet you always have the tables looking and playing magnificently too! In a week...man I want some of whatever you are snorting! great looking and I am sure it plays just as well! thanks Mr. pinball Guru! we all bow to one of our greater pinball artists!!

40 tables in a year? Well, it was possible to do them because I had done many of them for VP7/8, so they were easy to convert to VP9. But still I made many new tables too. I think this year 2010 has been the best or most productive year in the 5 years I have been making VP tables. Now people call me "guru" or "master", and I still think about myself as a "disciple", I still consider many other people as my "gurus", like destruk, Eala, Scapino, just to name a few of them
Let's see... I still have 19 tables to convert from my older pack, then I have many FS tables that need higher resolution graphics,, so I think I'll be quite busy next year
Now it is time for some holidays

you didn't download the rom
for VPM tables you need both the vpt file which is visual pinball's construction kit file....then you need the ROM for pinmame which is the emulator that links the two programs together.
for non VPM tables you won't need the rom. The Roms are found on this site.

If you click the link at the top marked 'desktop tables' you'll see at the bottom of the list the link to the roms. You need to place the rom in your rom folder.

I think I picked up a very small glitch on yet another JP masterpiece - I don't think it impacts the score and doesn't affect gameplay at all, I thought I would just mention it. When trying for the skill shot, if it's a little short or a little long, the display should read "too soft" or "too hard". Instead it always says "shoot ramp again". It works perfectly with the VP8 version. Again, gameplay is not affected, it's just a minor detail. Happy Holidays!

Great table once again JP!! Thanx very much!!!
Why are there 2 threads on this same table though??
Is there a way to turn off the chick? She gets annoying after a while....
Ohhh Ahhhhh!
Cheers,
Maceman

Maceman, It's possible in emulated pinball operator settings. It's in adjustment number 48. Set it to "Off" and these voices will be silenced completely

It's possible to fix it by yourself. The problem is caused by switch, which should be in right ramp return, but somehow it goes to plunger lane. Remove existing switch named SW24 and change name of gate in right ramp return to "SW24". After that the problem should not appear again

The problem is a very common in VP, that a trigger sometimes "fall down" of a ramp (changing the bname of the ramp, or moving it, and suddenly the trigger in on the floor
So the solution is to put back the sw24 onto the ramp.
So the solution is to select the sw24 and select "Surface" and write Ramp46, or simply redownload the table
