If the money hasn't been handed over yet for the licenses, then you should license 5, so you get support for all 5.x revisions.

We will... I guess :). Hoping that the pigration will not raise too much surprises...

WE WILL DEFINITELY DO IT:

Those who pre-order Unity Pro 5 will also receive Unity Pro 4.

I'm out of the loop on this, sorry, I got caught up building a table in vp.

Is there a scripting guide for the vp unity tables.
I'd like to make some of my vp recreations for unit3d pinball.

sorry, there is no scripting guide at the moment.

It will come later.

You can look around existing scripts and use their structure as a starting point.

Most of them have lots of comments, this may help you.

This thing is bringing my cab system to its knees. It runs in slow motion on my poor i3 and 460gtx. Any hints on optimization? I'm running xp, btw.

Maybe I haven't found the right combo, as I've been turning off all the extra bells and whistles to no avail.

Thanks for the tip.

Vsync and flipper physics will also make a difference. Turning off the reflection of the ball may make a difference.

Also, Make sure you are running it on your better video adapter if you have an integrated video and a video card. I run it on an i5 laptop with Nvidia adapter, but if I use the integrated Intel video it runs like crap.

Still cannot create new topic on "UP news" forum so I post here.

Hi.

This video shows the current state of DirectOutput Framework (DOF http://directoutput....o/DirectOutput/) integration in Unit3d Pinball. This provides Feedback, like real Lights, flashers, solenoids, etc...

I show you my mini-cab setup then some gameplay of The Addams Family pinball.

Is this available now?

Also, where do I get DOF, do other simulators use it?

wow, great job, as DOF is awesome and so much work has already gone into DOF configs for many tables, it would be a shame to lose all that.

I'm a little new, where can I find more info about DOF? Do I need to install something for it to work(on VPinball) or is it part of .NET framework?

I just got to watch your video B. Your minicab looks awesome, thanks for taking the time to make that video and share it.
