Hello folks...

Does anyone still play these games? I still exist and have all the files on a hard drive somewhere. Haven't thought about this game in a long time. Maybe I could send my WIPs to one of you to complete.

Apologies for not trawling through all 13 pages. Could someone fill me in? Is the JY in the downloads section the original or the redone version? I'm a big JY fan.

Hi insx,

 

actually You find destruks and nealtrons VP8 Desktop versions and two VP9 mods done by me. My JY (first FS and then Desktop 1.4) is a mod based on destruks VP8 version as I was at the time unfortunately not able to contact nealtron for permission on his table. For the wrecking ball I used a solution inspired by nealtron's approach with a slightly different formula to calculate the ball movement.

I reworked the physics, table layout and graphics so much, that I will not start this table over. Nonetheless, better decals for some areas would be a nice improvement. 

 

My intention last year was to provide a playable FS version of the table, because, as with CP this year, there were promising WIPs around for a long time but no playable table.

 

I suggest, You give them a try.

Hey guys. So now that WD and ID4 are done, I'd like to know if finishing up this Junk Yard table would be worth the effort right now. I realize there's a good mod of the VP8 table for DT and FS. But, I also put a ton of hours into building this table from scratch, and P1 made a beautiful PF redraw. It's still going to require many hours of work, so before I continue I'd like to know if this table remake is still something you folks desire!

 

If I were going to start building a new table instead, I'd go with either High Roller Casino or Big Hurt.

one vote for JY here, as I love williams 90's tables.  Was looking at actually getting one of these before I ran out of room .  So glad to have you back.  thanks for all your hard work
