Ha! I guess my eyes are weak enough at this stage in the game as to actually benefit from an eye-blasting!

I couldn't find a good setting for Flashers, so I used 1 ramp image with a light under it.

As for the GI, it's just the quicker option. The GI is a bit too bright, I probably forgot to turn f.lux off before messing with the lighting. I wasn't trying for an LED look :P

in the end its all just personal preference how someone likes there tables lit... I kinda like GI to be localized (I guess the word would be), not really as bracketed

heres a couple examples how I have these lit for my cab...

Congo and Space Station VP10 are both great. In Congo in attract mode, after few seconds, I can hear sound of ball rolling what is kind of scary and creepy in the middle of the night :)

Too much Tables for one Topic only ... ist really Time for a "Download Section" ... :coffee1:

or a new thread with an updated list.... i'm sure loafer has some real life stuff going on and cant maintain the thread as of now... personally i fully understand, i've been MIA for a week or so getting real life BS done... come you single young whippersnappers you aint got anything better to do... get on it...  hehehe   ;)

I am glad that this was mentioned. I am struggling keeping up with VP10 tables but I also understand that Loafer cant keep the front page updated. Maybe there is a better way.

How about dedicated "VP10 <Table name> WIP" threads? The current WIP bucket tends to get mixed with VP9 and VP10 projects unless the version is specified in the title. It would be very helpful if the table author could keep the downloadable links in post #1 too. And once again, thanks for the awesome work you guys do?

There are too much ( and that is good ) Tables for a Thread, also a second Thread (vampi ) isnt the best Solution.
You will never find any Tables fast, what you want or what you have miss ... update Listings always Need a Person.

Since the Website Speed here is very slow, you have to search some Minutes for 1 or 2 Informations, until you have found the Download(Source).

To extend with my suggestion from post 2548. How about a "sticky" that has a list of all of the VP10 test tables being created...but these listings would be in the form of links. Then each table can have its own specific WIP thread somewhere else. This way, its always very quick to find the specific table content one is looking for.

Ok, since it is Christmas :) I have uploaded my latest version of AFM. This has been my test table since the first versions of VP10, but I only uploaded a very first version. I guess it could use better graphics, more real like 3D ufos, but I like it like it is :)

Well, there is something new in this table: I used 4 images to make the light inserts, and a small change in the fading routine. I use the 4 images and the on and off light states to make the lights. I also used some color grade change in the gi. I set the intensity of the lights to 0, and if some of the lights are not bright enough then I increase the intensity by 0,25 until htye are as bright as I want, this way I don't need to work so much with photoshop. So it is the "old" to make the fading light + using the new features of VP10.

I also made a new ball. I wanted something that looked like a metal ball and not a crystal ball, and at the same time I wanted to be able to see the reflection of the gi lights on it. I do not know if you will like the ball, but it is easy t change :)

Another thing in this table is a small change in the physics of all objects, with an increase in elasticity and friction. This is more close to the guidelines of Mukuste and Jimmyfingers. This is the first table which has this change in the physics. I'll be updating the other 9 test tables (I also be adding the new 3D targets).

As a bonus you will find also my version of Grand Prix, which is more or less my Nascar table with some GP cars and some changes in the graphics. Basically it is the same as the Nascar table but with the GP rom :)

So go to my site to get those tables.

With apologies for my lateness, I've come back and spent a couple of hours and finally updated the first post.  My timing is not going to get much better due to RL issues so if someone can offer assistance to update the 1st post, it would be appreciated.  Unfortunately, I don't think it's easy to provide write access to the first post of another user, but If someone can make a web-based version of this list, I could then add the link to the first post redirecting the members there.

Hi Guys, are there any backup donwload links available ? I am looking for the latest version of Mediëval Madness, and Dozers AFM. The links do not seem to work anymore. Would be nice to have a download section. It's kinda hard to keep track of things now. Anyway, thanks for the great work here guys !
