Thank you JP,

the Nacar table is awesome. I had to reduce the ballsize to 49 otherwise it got stuck on the left upper part of the playfield!

Question: how do I remove the blue box under the DMD?

Those color boxes are simply text boxes, they are there just for decoration for the desktop version and they are not used in the script. So if you don't want them then just delete them :) (they are on the backdrop)

Thanks for all these test tables folks.  I am also getting a VP crash just on JP's nascar as well.

Seems random but often happens when the ball is being accelerated around the "race track" outlane of the table.

Have tired various settings on the table but even with it pretty vanilla, no AA, no AO and still getting the crash.

Is there a debug setting when running VP to log the output somewhere so I can see what may be causing this?

Dozer.

JP, nice tables! :) It would be even nicer if the balls are a little bit bigger. They look so tiny in FS...

I had moved these to different folders and forgot to give updated link! Can't remember what I've added to MOTU but ED is possible to test the GI & flashers with keys. 1,2,3 is GI and keys around that area do the flashers.

ED - Table

ED - BS2

MOTU

MOTU B2S

Now, I'm not sure if the basic script is wired to the B2S right now, but will be adding it in at some point to test with soon because that translite I have needs replacing.

Guys please read this http://www.vpforums....=30906&p=302217 I tried to explain how you should layout and set the backdrop values in VP10 for fullscreen tables. And I give some FS backdrop settings for JP's awesome tables ;)

I just started playing around with VP10 on my cab recently, I hadn't had time to touch it since it's initial releases.  In general things are running fine, but I'm getting the HR render error if I try to enable A.O.  It seems once this error happens as a result of enabling AO it will keep doing crashing with this error until I restart the PC.

Haven't had time to try those new JPS tables yet but here's what I can say about the others so far that I have tried....

Bugs Bunny - great table, looks and plays great.  I've seen the ball get stuck in the kicker with the reverse angled playfield.

King Kong - really clean looking table and plays nicely from what I can tell so far, the only thing I'm a bit critical about is the light reflection hotspots on the ball seem a bit too intense.

Monster Bash - I get some minor FPS issues when all the toys start going crazy but looks and plays well for the most part, though I find the ball is getting stuck in the left lane and will float above the corner of the flipper....if you hold a flipper up to catch a ball it seems really sticky.

Toledo - Nothing bad to report here so far.

I've a question, esthetic wise, about the two bumpers here on argosy 2015.

Does it "hurt" or feels wrong on the table and should I try something else?

Or if anyone has any advice, please feel free to toss it to me as I'm just thar big noob around here.

Updated first post to included new links for new WIPS for Buck Rogers (done last night) and Vector (done just now).  Sorry for forgetting to update these!

Also updated new links to MOTU and Evil Dead WIP tables

Thanks Sindbad and Chepas! :)

JPSalas and VP10 devs:  I do seem to get regular crashes for Nascar with latest VP10 build but the previous build (rev 1843), I don't seem to get crashes

Interesting, on my desktop PC, running a slower I7 CPU (2.85ghz) but running an ATI R280, Running JP's Nascar:  it's perfectly smooth.  Something must be up with my own pincab PC.

Using the latest version of VP10.exe, I did eventually after about 1 minute end up with a "VP not responding" error (no error numbers, specific message, just stopped responding).  At least that doesn't seem to be caused by the GPU LOL

Cheers loafer. Links should stay the same from now, although you could change the editing script options because they're not needed anymore. I save table with a basic script with core.vbs for anyone so they can download & knock ball around without any game code.

One thing I have tried recently when going back to these rubber problems is making a copy of them to be the (visible/non-collidable), then making the original rubbers lower in height. As pointed out by JimmyFIngers in the bug tracker about height when the ball is falling through the rubber.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I haven't played JPs games properly and I am guessing here saying there must be some VP9 elements used, because so many objects friction set to 0? Probably a cause for all those dodgy crashing issues??
