Rossi .. The UltraVPServer does not control the sound of the VP Tables.
Sound can be controlled from VP (see screenshots attached).

Maguiar made some great changes/improvements to the Flying Dutchman's 'Backglass Paradise' site and added the 'Fantasy UVP section' where I will upload UVP Authors' Backglasses the way they would like to see them .. not accurate but made with passion!

He also added “Taito” and “Other” to the manufacturer list, added the “Taito” and “Other” sections.

Thanks again maguiar for the updates!

As the first one uploaded in the 'UVP Fantasy' section is a "customized" Star Wars UVP Backglass by pharaoh.

His exact words:
'It is not meant to refelect the accurate backglass lamps and is created in the spirit of fun and enjoyment. All of the placements are spot on for triggers and events. It's a blast to play and I'm willing to share it with anyone who doesn't mind it not being 100% accurate to the "real-life" Backglass. Although some of the placements are true to the original. It may be about 50% accurate. If you enjoy this let me know on http://www.vpforums.org/ Cheers - pharaoh'

And a really nice one indeed! Thanks pharaoh!
May this be the first one of many! wink.gif

Cheers,
FD.

- Another irrisistible UVP Backglass from luvthatapex (adjusted by FD)!
Zaccaria's Farfalla this time .. a beauty! This one to assist luvthatapex' wonderful release of the FS version of this Table!

Also the 'Static' version is uploaded! smile.gif
Thanks also for the Backglass image luvthatapex! wink.gif

- Another great recreation of pharaoh is the Indiana Jones - Williams - 1993 one I've just uploaded into the 'UVP Fantasy' section!
He added Willie and Short round to the Backglass ..
'ADVENTURE' and 'INDY' are now 'visable' and 'functional'!

- Another one for the weekend .. STERN's Lord Of The Rings uploaded in the 'UVP Fantasy' section by FD!

The original Backglass has only a 'single bulb' in the backbox. The game either has the bulb ON, or OFF (either lit, or unlit), which is very dull and boring.
It's like all STERN games after 'High Roller Casino'. Because of this, some owners have made personal modifications to their machines to give some activity to it and that's what I've done with mine,
and that's why it belongs in the 'UVP Fantasy' section!

Thanks destruk for this info & explanation!

Cheers,
FD.

Again, also the 'Static' versions uploaded ..

Thanks macnods!

Cheers,

You surely will computerfrk1! wink.gif

In answer to unclewilly's FanTasTic 'Creature From The Black Lagoon' - FS Table I've recreated and uploaded the UVP for it!

Enjoy it!

Cheers,
FD.

ps. the vid shown is a downgraded quality because of the capturing software used .. wink.gif

EDIT: I've seen some adjustments I have to make which were not mentioned in the manual, so there will be an update soon! wink.gif

I tried to use the UVP Lord of the Rings backglass. I play LOTR with samples; however, with UltraVP, it seems to shut off the samples, so I can't get the music, etc. Is there any way to change this?

Hi my Friend .. good to see you back .. hope all is ok!
bbastyr was the one that helped me finalizing the script part to autostart/stop 'Active Backglasses' on a 2nd screen when the actual Table was started/stopped, based on GRONI's idea! wink.gif
Thomas Lund wrote the addition to do the same thing in conjunction with the HyperPin FrontEnd ..

Regarding your issue .. I lost my sound on LOTR as well (see my post on the HyperPin Forum) .. haven't got an answer to it yet though!

Anyone?

Cheers,
FD.
