Nothing short of AMAZING !!

Diner was perfect. This doesn't look to become anything less.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

As i said with your version of Diner: we need a new classification for this kind of realism !

Dang ! These are exciting times !

Still to do:
- almost everything in the script
- proper shadowing on ramps, upper and lower playfield
- flasher texturing of rocks
- 8 step GI coding, textures (for rocks), LUT
- some plastics
- couple of ramp textures
- physics (ramp primitives, tweaks, flippers, etc)
- wireramps ( textures, modelling, physics)
- couple of plastics
- sounds
- day and night mode
- sidewalls
- maybe some mods (there are many)
- maybe a menu with options
- desktop background
- testing testing TESTING and some more testing
Each of these takes me per item about an evening. And I tend to do stuff all over again if I don't like what I see...
So this will not release anytime soon.

Thanks flupper for taking the time away from your table to make my plastic ramps.. much appreciated. I've said that already but I will say it again, you not only make great assets but are a great asset to all of the vp community. :dblthumb:

EDIT: and btw: can't wait to see the first White Water working youtube video, I'm sure that will come very soon (sorta).

I have been making ramps for several people these last weeks, like for Hanzoverfist. Collaboration is getting to be the only way to do a table in all its glory, I think. And since technical features keep being added (FSS view, 7.1 sound, DoF, etc), it is hard for an author to get it all working properly. For me it is fun to work on other tables as well and to have my own project when I have time left. For WH2O I spend my time on discovering how to do the new stuff: like the bumpmapped rocks, even better ramp textures, earlier on the rendered inserts. That takes the longest; now I am rendering the rocks lit from within. So: progress is slow, will give an update in the coming weeks.
