The new version posted above works with my settings. He only converted all to a font. But it's the ultra and not the gold version, unfortunately...

@ Gountlet Lover

Hi, Future DMD is still fantastic and runs verry well.

I have a little Problem with the default color setting in the future dmd.ini, it doesen't matter what i set, the DMD color is not not changing.

The funny thing is, all the extra tables, below the default in the list, are working perfect, any DMD color i like, but the default value has no effect. Is this a allready known bug? Or i am the only one with this Problem. I use FutureDMD 1.3. W7 64.

A Friend of myne has the same problem on his system.

I like to set the default in a bit darker Orange, would be too cool if this would be possible.

Thank you Gountlet Lover and all the other peoples here for your Help.

Hi Magic,

Sort of known, I just saw that on my cabinet a couple days ago. I changed a variable name when I added pinballx support but it seems I missed a spot  :) oop. Just posted 1.4 with the fix included.

Hi Gauntlet Lover, ohh wow, thank you for you reply and your look at the code.

Unfortunately the Problem is still the same. No effect on the default setting. I really tested a lot.

Also it would be mybe helpful for others who are using Ledwiz, the normal new OpenGL.dll is not working with the ledwiz. I use the old OpenGL.dll that came with V1.3, from the ledwiz folder.

If i can help figure out things, please let me know, i am glad to test.

Thank you for getting a secon look at it.

Have a great Day/Night and thank you so much for your fantastic work.

Magic

Hey Magic, are you running futuredmd always on or are you restarting between tables with your front end?

Hi Gauntlet Lover, thank you for asking, i restart it every time, and set your close DMD function to "1"

I start from pinballx, but tryed it in hyperpin to, this has no effect.

As mentioned, when i add any extra table to the list, any color, it works perfect, only the default wont.

Good luck ....

Hey Gauntlet, i think i located the problem.

First, if i start the futuredmd.exe by hand, the default color is shown correct!

If i start from command line and remove following from the string,  table="%tableName%  ,

The default color will be displayed on every table, but the extra Table colors will be ignored.

I hope this will help you locating the Problem in the code.

Please let me know if this can help. Thanks.

Thanks Magic, i found the problem this weekend. I just haven't had a chance to test it with the front ends yet. I would skip that part but it doesn't usually work out in the end ;) I will post an update soon. Thanks for your help

Alright, the 2am quick fix never worked out well, so we will try a 2:30am release of 1.41. :dblthumb:

@MagicPinball68

The updated version should fix you up.

Hi all - i have tried FutureDMD 1.3 with and without BAM. Ive copied the files to the future pinball.exe directory and also resized & positioned DMD on third monitor. For some reason though i cant get DMD on third monitor.

Any help would be much appreciated (me head hurts)

Michael

I got the AHK compiler to work correctly by downloading the latest version and choosing the second option under the advanced install. It was the one that said to use ANSI (I believe). The DMD program now loads and closes as it should in Windows 7.

Wm2 - What did you do to get the DMD to load in Windows 7? I have the same issue tonight after adding the third monitor that the DMD disappears and reappears on close

I can confirm that i CAN see the DMD on playfied using Alt & Tab as well but during play i loose focus of it

I've done it now by rejigging the monitor layout within windows 7 and have them all side by side. Trouble is now the DMD stays a jumble of orange on tables. Tron worked OK though?
