Honestly, this table make a step, a big step to better better quality.. And the sound, with a good SSF, and tuned as it need, is a killer DOF ( for contractor or Solénoïde ). No need to have contactor or Solénoïde with this quality. If future table could be like that, it could be simplify cab to only knocker, flash, shaker and some stuff that you can't reproduce with the same quality. I wish to have the same quality to Stargate sound that we work on with 32assassin.. I can record sound from my real one, but for the post processing...i can't do that. ;)

Thank you for this great table. I just installed stereo speakers inside my cab and was amazed by the quality. it feels like your in front of an actual pinball machine. Since last update catching the ball is less consistent. I prefer playing the first version, to me is has more weight.

I love vpx tables when you feel ball weight. 6 stars / 5

Fellows, is there any simple way to include the hat mod into your version? I've always thought it was the coolest mod ever and still want to play it, but with all the new goodies 2.2 has. Just a thought and a wish 🙂

^^ yes, the hat mod is cool. In itself, so I kept it

yes, this version is cool. In itself, so I'll keep it.

For the old one: hat mod on, alternative lighting on. And use my recolored flipper image:

to make it look like this:

Then you can keep both. Because both are cool. In themselves. :)

Guys,

We don't mind few mods as options. Having mods like hat mod requires additional support and can create performance issues.
Those who want the hat mod can pull the mod from the old version and implement it on their own,
This table is already pretty demanding one (even more so, if you enable modulated flashers)

We plan to release very soon another last update with a bug fix and couple of easy neat mods for you.
Afterwards we will try to keep this table in bug fix only mode from here on out.

Hi Fleep,

I hope I didn't come across as demanding.... :( Was more of a question, which you have gracefully answered :)

As the other member mentioned, easiest solution and the beauty of VP, is that we can have 2 wonderful versions of the same table. Can't do that with real pinball LOL.

Can anybody record a video doing tip passes, post passes and live catches with that version? I‘m used to that kind of playing pinball and I can‘t accomplish that with this version. But it’s certainly me not used to that.

Can you show me a video of you doing it first and on any table you wish? That would be super, man. ;)

Sorry, I just noticed you want to show me tip passes. I‘ll have to find somebody filming me playing on my machines first.

I'm on Mac. No F9 here. But I managed to use the QuickTime screen recording (first time, worked good).
