zip it and in a reply you'll see(scroll down a bit) a 'manage attachment' box load it into there and that's it or send it to me since I have access to do just that (I don't know if everyone has that kind of access) I will of course play any tables you toss my way...

Even zipped, my pinball file is too large for an upload (over 13 MB unzipped). You guys will have to supply me your email addresses so I can email you the file (except you faralos, I have yours). biggrin.gif

just d/loaded it will be playing the crap outta' it soon! I'll let ya' know if the ball hangs up anywhere and stuff like that! man, I can't wait till you get some sounds into it, as your pin looks really cool so far! i really love those trees, and I still can't believe you built it with numerous walls they look so real! much better than decals!! How did you figure out how to make a tree like that? I'd never seen anyone go to those lengths for just a tree, mine are made from ramps but I love yours much better! ( just a tad of butt-kissing here...) tongue.gif

I have to admit it just occurred to me how to do it. Call it divine inspiration if you want, but it did turn out great. The one thing I really liked was that I used white as the color on the sides of the branches which brought out the snowy effect on the trees. I really love what I have accomplished on this table. Gameplay is the only issue still in mind, but for now am getting stuff prepped up for recording audio for the table.

On another note, ignore the email I sent you, since you have downloaded the table, you have already answered the questions I had sent you in the email. biggrin.gif

This table is a piece of work and I cannot wait to play it with sound. Very smooth and at times F-A-S-T! Congrats guys, this one is a keeper! Just curious, will there be a rulesheet? A lot of stuff on this table.

I was thinking that same thing, with so much stuff to hit you should have a set of rules somewhere and i can't get that ball stuck anywhere and yeah at times it's blinding fast (especially those boxes that shoot the ball out at the flippers (a la f-14 tomcat) and I'm surprised there is no tunnel to coincide with the one they used in the series, or trap door like the tree stump ah well it's great enough as it is otvclap.gif cool.gif

The rulesheet (when I get it made) will have basic rules + mission rules, that when each one is completed, will light one of the "Hogans Heroes" lights near the main flippers + rules for the underground agent missions. When I start the audio clip recording, will decide which episode I will fashion the Hogans Heroes lights missions from. The underground agents missions will be from the episodes they appeared in. Got to think about the multiball objectives for jackpot (thinking about using 3 different multiball modes).
In the meantime I have to dig out one more cable to get my setup completed so I can start the audio recording.

Glad you guys are liking the table so far! biggrin.gif

Ugh! My friends computer that he loaned to me has crappy audio. Will have to buy that sound card after all unless there is another way I can figure out how to capture audio off of dvd's. >:

Gonna get at something accomplished at least today. Having some fun watching Hogan's Heroes and taking notes on which sound clips from which episodes I am going to use. This part might take me a couple of weeks, but I will have fun doing it. biggrin.gif

May be able to use my main computer on the audio capture in spite of the crackle. Adobe audition is doing a pretty decent job of eliminating the crackle using the heavy reduction option so it looks like I can start audio recording after all. biggrin.gif

A small update to my WIP: Hogan's Heroes WIP (with bumper sound)

Added the sound effects for the bumpers, and hope they aren't TOO loud and added a couple more of aesthetic touches.

I have adobe audition 1.5 to edit with. I went ahead and lowered the volume (I thought it was too loud too). I may lower it again a little more just to be safe. The explosions I actually had to get off a website and are not part of the series. I couldn't find an explosion so far that didn't have a laugh track or event music in it.

Here is the table with a few more audio clips put in it: Hogan's Heroes table

The bumper sounds and the Lebeau drop targets (last two still need clips installed) are the only sounds that are set in stone as far as design goes. Reduced the volume of the bumper explosion sounds.

Nice additions.....Klink, Lebeau and Shultz. Table is coming along nicely. I can see this taking up a LOT of my time when it is finished. And yes, that IS a good thing! dblthumb.gif

For those who haven't bought any of the DVD's yet, Deep Discount has the "Kommondant Kollection" for $57.15 with FREE shipping. The complete series with the elusive bonus disc. Just wish the packaging would be a little better. Never liked sleeves for storing discs.

Yes....the sleeves really DO suck. When the box arrived, I had to inspect all the ones that were loose/out. Some scratches, but nothing really extreme. Looks like the robots didn't put the discs in tight, so.....they came loose within the billfold cardboard. Call me anal, but I like to put my own scratches on discs, so it is totally my fault. Here's a thought.....if they're going to do this, they should at least make sure the sleeves don't have hard edges!

Back on topic. Thanks again. What you and the others involved have done is incredible. Playing pinball to one of my favorite shows of all time.......that is heaven, and it keeps the memory of the show alive.

Just a little update on my table:

Got more sounds put into the table for object hit events. Still recording audio which takes over an hour an episode (not complaining here biggrin.gif ). Am not going to record every episode, just the first season should be enough for general audio clips and then also the episodes for the mission and underground agents missions episodes. May take longer than the two weeks I had previously stated, due to having to do noise reduction (12 minutes an episode) because of a lousy audio in jack on my computer which I use to record sounds with.
