I placed my order on May 28th and still have not received my order yet. Hoping to get it soon.
Yours is part of the next batch. It won't be long now!
We are days away from sealing the deal on the rights to manufacture and assemble. The manpower is already in place, so once we do, we'll catch up completely in just a matter of a week.
It's been disheartening for me on this side of things, too, circo, but we'll be where we want to be with these very soon, then we'll have more great things coming!

Have just read through the last 10 pages & no one has mentioned my problem so...
My virtuapin digital plunger is plugged in via USB.
Windows see's it under game controller but nothing happens when I pull the plunger.
Shouldn't I see some graphical movement?
Am I meant to use the wires that came with it ie black (plunger) to my existing launch button?
Appreciate any help on this?
The PC: Win 7: 3.59 AMD A8-5600K APU, 8GB RAM. NVidia Geforce GT560 ti (Playfield), AMD Radeon HD 7560D (Backglass & DMD)
The Cab: 5 x Contactors (2 x Flippers, 3 x Bumpers), 20 x LEDs 8 for slingshots, 12 for bumpers. 3 x Strobe Lights - Run through Ledwiz
Buttons: 2 x Flippers, 2 x Magna Saves, 1 & 2 player, Start, Launch Ball, 6 admin buttons - Run through IPac.

I'm a little confused by what you mean by your launch button reference.
The ribbon cable plugs into the end of the plunger tube once it's slid onto the plunger. The launch button is wired like the other buttons. Do you have it setup that way?

I think I have a faulty one. :-(
It shows up in windows 7 game controllers.
When I first installed it I had the calibration, test screen option.
However moving the plunger wouldn't make anything move on the calibration screen.
I rebooted, tried 4 different USB sockets & now win 7 still shows the controller but does not offer the calibration, test screen?
I've re-booted a few times, no avail??

Hello Everyone,
Just received my Digital Plunger Kit in the mail today. I took my time and followed the instructions and it works fantastic! My cabinet has a subwoofer that is mounted in the bottom of the cabinet and can send quite a bit of vibration so I mounted the module upside down under the display. When I go to my VirtuaPin controller properties in Windows, the cross-hair is dead-center and doesn't move at all unless I nudge the cabinet.
No calibration needed!
Visual Pin and Future pin require a bit of tweaking in the preferences after you install, but this is all documented in the included instructions.
This is a huge improvement over the analog Mot-ion adapter and I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Glad to hear the latest revision fixed your issue.... I had an early model and it required constant calibration.... (Running NT)
I'm still waiting on mine.... Hopefully coming soon....

Any update?
We are getting the components to assemble the kits some time this week. Your replacement kit will be the first one out.
Has anyone figured out the best settings to use in VP for this new plunger?
There are a few factors, like where and how it's mounted and what style cabinet you have.
Here's what I prefer in a Widebody cab ...
X Gain 550
Y Gain 450
Tilt 775
Dead zone 5 (just to have something)

Any updates Noah?, placed my order 16th july.
Yes.
We are receiving parts this week for the first half of the orders, then more parts the following week or so to get caught up.
After we're caught up in 2-3 weeks, we'll have surplus to offer.
My apologies for the delay on these, guys!

Currently, it's all-in-one. We may make future revisions, so what you're asking is possible.
Thank you for the kind words.
Hi Noah, I'd also be interested in the nudging module without the plunger assembly, as would 3 of my mates. I built my cabinet with a large 'Launch Ball' button, so I didn't really want to pay for a plunger assembly I won't end up using. The nudging module only for perhaps half the cost may end up selling quite well.
While I have your attention, I'd also like to thank you and everyone else that has contributed to this amazing hobby. This forum is full of nice people willing to help out a total stranger with software that nearly did my head in at first. I've been at this since the beginning of the year and have almost completed my cabinet, (pictures coming soon). None of my friends believe I built an actual pinball machine until they see the progress pictures. And when they start playing I can't get rid of them, game after game, table after table, girls and boys of all ages, they just keep playing. The only reason they stop playing is because their legs hurt from standing up for so long.
This really is a hobby for life, keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Sammyvee.

Thanks, Sammy!
Unfortunately, the kits only work with the plunger. Sorry.
Did the parts arrive?
The cases are due tomorrow, and assembly will begin!
