Please let me know how it compares to the real one. I'm glad I could bring this one to life, it was quite a challenging one.

This is one of my favorites. I only had a chance to play a couple games of your version. It looks stunning and so far plays great. I can't wait until I have some more time to sink into playing this. Thanks a lot for making and releasing this work of art.

Thanks for the 4:3 table.

rschudej, i've never had a problem with BOP crashing. Try using vp909 because thats what it was built with.

Re-read the entire FIRST post by UW, he already stated that a low-res texture pack was on it's way.

Here are the settings for a JP/Groni type of view that seem to work for me:

The table looks fine in both angles. If you would like it wider like jps tables increase the x scale to aroun 1 or 1.1.

So I will link low res textures for both tables later today.
I will also extract all the sounds from one of jps tables and link to a sound pack.
I will also go through the editor for jp's jackbot and list all of the settings he uses so you guys can change them also.

And since all of my desktop release threads turn into a discussion on how to mod my tables to be like jp's, I will no longer be releasing desktop versions of any of my tables. Only fs since that is how I play them.

The desktop users will simply have to wait until jp has a chance to recreate all the tables.

Most likely I will release fs versions with a no mod policy or I'll lock the tables.
Obviously most of the users don't realize how much time and effort goes into recreating a table and getting it to play just so, and how inconsiderate it is to take an authors release thread and make it all about nodding his creation to be like another authors work.
From this discussion on my last few releases has led me to the decision that I will no longer mod the tables for the desktop users and will be sure that they can not be modded.
At lest the minority fs users are more appreciative of the time spent making the tables.

I apologize jp, I guess you list is going to get a lot bigger. I'll gladly provide you with my resources, since my recreations will never be up to your sandards

UW, I'm very suprised to read this. I thought you made the table angle-independent so people could change the table to the view they liked. I really don't see anything "mod" with changing the view to be honest, especially if the table is angle-independent. I seriously have no clue where this reaction comes from or where you got the idea that I'm not appreciative as I always show my gratitute to you for the amazing work you put in.

I apologize if my settings caused this reaction although I don't understand it.

Well it's basically like this. When Noah and uncle Remus release a table is there a discussion in the release thread on how to adjust the table. In my pinbot release thread I was told that my sounds were awful and that jps were better and I should use his sounds. All by users who contribute nothing to this community, and have probably not even used the editor aside from playing tables from it. I'd have to say I've spent the better part of 3 or 4 months working on these 2 tables. And it's really a slap in the face to be told make your tables more like jps. If that is the case. Why do I build tables at all.

It's just getting to the point that I can't please the desktop user and they are critical to the point of being rude about it in my release threads, not about game play or bugs in the table, but about the angle and the sounds.

Think about it from the perspective of being an author who just spent 3 or 4 months on a table and is told just do it like this author does.

I hope that makes sence now.

I thought release threads were support topics for bugs and errors with the table, but it seems as I mine are more about can you please build your tables like jp.
