Hi Randy,

Just wanted to thank you for making my number one PC hobby possible! I can't tell you how giddy I felt when I first started a game of Indy '93, about 15+ years after playing that table to death in my college years. I also believe you were kind enough to let VP go open source so that talented people like Destruk and others can further it's development. It's this kind of openmindedness that makes this community great!

Did you know that "playing pinball" is called "flipperen" in Dutch? Now you know and may your life be enriched by this arcane knowledge....

Randy thank you millions of times for creating and making VP open source!!! This wasn't your biggest accomplishment though IMO...the best thing you did is that you made something that inspired so many people to create and have fun with it. VP was also the cause behind this big and happy community. Well Done! I wish you to have the same success to your other possible projects!

so how does it feel to be a god at 35? Thanks from all of us when i say that you brought us sanity! Ok, maybe we are a bit insane to use your program, but that's the fun of it. And with it being open source, it just keeps on getting better and better. So again, Thanks Randy, sir. Worship.gif love39.gif

Randy, thank you so much for the program. I had been searching for years for a program that would let me recreate the games I loved in the arcades, and your program finally gave me the means to make it happen.

Thank you for allowing a 45 year old to relive his childhood and make him feel young again and also allowing VP to go open source for many more tables, known and unknown to be recreated. God bless you, Randy. yahoo.gif

Thanks so much Randy!! (I had no idea you were so young, I had someone pictured like Steve Ritchie's age). A year ago I had a hard time typing a letter to help my replacement when I changed jobs- I had a hard time understanding when clicking out of a window you won't lose what you've typed. I had literally learned how to turn on a computer. With your program only 1 year later I'm working on my 4th table release! Worship.gif
