The table is a Christmas present for me. Thank you very much. However, there is one small flaw: there is a gap between the passive bumper and the target underneath, which the ball can get into but not out of. In addition, the passive bumper has the same sound as the active bumpers. I also think that this table is too easy to play. This is probably due to the side exits, which should be a little wider, as was typical for Williams at the time. Greetings from Hildesheim (Germany), Peter

All correct, Peter. Plus there is no ScoreReel2, so line 1091 should be commented out, it can result in a runtime error.

I've noticed also that the game is too easy. To make the gaps wider you could move wall018 and wall019 with the other corresponending objects 10 units higher.

Then the difficulty is probably more like in the real game, but it isn't the original layout anymore. As far as i can tell, JP's alignment is perfect.

First a big Thank You for this lovely machine.

And also that the BG is working with the small ball inside, great to see.

I think it's been mentioned before but I also had the bal trapped above that yellow target in the upper-middle, see attached picture

Ball came in from above and I couldn't get it bounced out so did have to exit and restart.

Anyway, thaks again JP!

I had the same issue with the ball sticking in that spot. Table chimes sound amazing. Backbox pin game needs some attention. A good 3D model with better animation. Other than that small nit pick the table is amazing. Thanks again JP.

I think there's a problem with some timer when last ball is drained and a rocket is launched. The game ends before the consequent scoring is scored, and for this, highscore is not shown correctly. In any case, we all appreciate the efforts of its authors and their enormous contribution to the passionate world of pinball. 1000 thanks, and happy christmas!!! :otvclap:

I still have three graphics: Coronation, Masquerade and Ace High. I will send the arts next year to Salas and then maybe I'll take a break. I would like to thank Salas very much for his patience!!!

Merry Christmas!!!

UPDATE

1.0.1 Updated 19.12.2023
- Fixed ball getting stuck under the top bumper.
- Changed the hit sound of the top bumper.
- Removed scorereel2 from the script to avoid possible errors.
- Add a delay before end of ball routine if the rocket ball was launched, this will fix the highscore entry.

Just a few small bug fixes :)

I'm not sure the ball delay was responsible for the score issue.  I had a difference of 600 points between the backbox and what got entered on the post-it.  In other words, two 300s weren't getting accounted for, not just the one on the final drain.

I can't find any error in the script. Maybe the timer is different on other computers, so you may try to change a line in the script.

Find the line 959:

          vpmtimer.addtimer 3500, "EndOfBall '"

and increase that number in red, to 4000 or 4500, and see if the error still comes up.

Another bagatelle (pun intended): Hitting the startgame key accidentally two times gives the double quantity of balls.

Fix: Max Players (line 25) should be set to 1.

You say this like it is a bad thing?

Hahaha, outside the world of virtual pinball, this isn't a bad thing at all, of course!
