Just starting a discussion of tables that we'd love to see in VPX.

Here's a list of 10 tables I wish someone more talented than me would make.  Feel free to chime in with your own wishlist(s)!  Some of these may have been created for VPX and I just couldn't find it, if so post a link!

* Matrix (There's a Future Pinball version from 2016, but no VPX port.  There's a WIP post from Jicho2003 about a Matrix table being worked on almost a year ago, and there's demo youtube videos, but I couldn't find a beta copy or any updates more recent than June of 2022.  Was this abandoned?  It appears to be based on real world Matrix tables out in the wild that are modded Johnny Mnemonic tables.  There's another WIP thread by Balanica from August, which also looks similar to the real world modded tables, but no updates since the screenshot.  Personally I never really liked the Johnny Mnemonic hand drop mechanic, so a full redesign would be great if those two projects are abandoned.  I feel like the Matrix theme deserves a really solid Original)

* Ghost in the Shell (any of the movies or tv series, except for the live action)

* Futurama  (there's apparently a Future Pinball version, but I couldn't find a VP/VPX version)

* Legend  (the 80's movie with tom cruise)

* Jumanji (I found an old Future Pinball version from 2014, but couldn't find a VP/VPX version.  The 2014 version could really use some updating anyhow)

* Toy Story (there's a very old Future Pinball version, but I couldn't find anything recent or for VP/VPX.  Jersey Jack currently has a Toy Story 4 table in production so maybe a different theme (like the new Lightyear movie) would be better so we don't step on their toes)

* Leisure Suit Larry

* Footloose (the 80's version)

* True Blood (maybe i'm the only one who wants this lol)

* Xena Warrior Princess (HD content to base this on might be limited, but I have faith someone can make some magic!)

Anyone have other tables they want to see created?

1963 add-a-ball williams

Add-A-Ball was 1961, not 1963.  And there is a VPX version of it.  I can't see to find a link for it though.

I was mistaken, it was a FP table that I saw, not a VP table.

This already exists in VPX

I converted it and gave it to whomever it was, to finish it graphically and release it
pretty sure they finished it and released it?

The gentlemen's agreement that the community has with Stern is that the real world tables need to be out of production for 3 years before a virtual release is considered acceptable.

I have Petaco and Petaco2 in my to-do list, but I need to redraw/fix the graphics, so it may take some time before I make those two tables.

Hot Wheels (1979, Zaccaria) - A VPX release was announced a long time ago.

Fan-Tas-Tic (1972, Williams)

Apollo (1967, Williams) - With a Bagatelle game in the backbox.

Casanova (1966, Williams) - Speaking of Bagatelle games...

Discotek (1965, Bally)

Camelot (1970, Bally) - Or "Galahad", for that matter.

See Saw (1970, Bally) - With a sensational backglass, which really tells a story, and a crazy one at that!

So many tables to do, so little time! We need more authors! To all you "moders" become authors! Take the next step! :)
