This table from Ninuzzu has some interesting twists and plays great.
I've done a makeover and some fixes.
3.0 has a critical fix with red targets now working plus a new playfield.

The desktop mode backbox DMD, or cabinet mode pinMAME DMD?

Ok so the VpinMAME DMD display, that would be on your backglass, is sideways?

My 1st guess is do you see a line similar to this in the table script

.Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("rol") = 0 '1= rotated display, 0= normal

and is it by any chance set to ("rol") = 1

And on reflection, this does not look like a ROM table? 
In which case Rol would be irrelevant 

Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing?

I found the problem, the rom was corrupt. I have an old one but could you or someone send me a working jm_12r rom please?

I just tested the roms available right here

They are not corrupt, your issue is not the ROMs

 

You got something else skeewumpus
bad nvram, bad setting for that rom in pinmame, pinmame issue in general?

 

What does your screenshot look like?

cause it should look like this, as i just downloaded everything from right here and just ran it as it sat, changed nothing

The diverter in the left loop does not seem to work properly, its often blocked while it should be open (Wall "Left diverter closed", maybe?) Or some other object blocking the ball going the left loop completely sometimes? Doesnt happen on other table versions. thx for help!

The diverters are controlled by the flippers, so release the flipper when you've made the shot and it should sail straight through

OK, thx, works ;-) I did not notice the diverters on the table, just seen them in the editor. Suitable POV anyone? Or arent they intended to see?
