The animation texture images for that one mirror in the back are breaking my six month old desktop computer. I had to scale them down to 2048x2048 to get it to load at anything other than low end PC settings on a AMD Ryzen7 with 32GB RAM and RTX2060.

wow what a pleasant surprise !! maybe @UncleWilly came back?  :hmm:

Clarkkent's worked on this mod since 2 year(!). THOUSANDS of work hour on this guys. Unclewilly was always here btw, he helped me a lot too.

I recommend this version and not the mod i released not much time ago not just becouse the quality difference is night and day but this one is not configuration sensitive for ball locking, this works perfectly, my  "mod" still misses "ball locking" sometimes(very rare but it happens for me with the old mod). So i recommend everybody use this masterpiece, and not the mod i released.

Thank you again Clarkkent and Unclewilly for this. TOP work.

Until Unclewilly / Clarkkent fix this or saying a solution there is a suggestion

-Open VPX 10.6 open Video options

-Set Max Texture dimension from Unlimited to lowest 1024(?)

-Load the table

-Now go to image manager and export all 4096 (or higher) size pictures to a directory (i not recommend touching the playfield image!)

-Resize all picture to half size and save

-Reimport all resized picture to your table in Image manager

-Save the table

-Set back Max Texture Dimension to unlimited and save the settings

I think you can play the table now. Just an idea. But i'm sure unclewilly will answer later. This could be a temporary solution if works.

The many animation frames of the aliens in the mirror causes troubles. I sure we can sort this out.

updated.  reduced the texture size for the mirror animation.  knocked about 40mb off the file size.

please dont't report a file as broken simply because it will not run for you.  the download is listed as broken but it is not.

the original file runs perfectly smooth with no crashes for me.

so instead of reporting as a broken file that people will skip downloading come to the support topic, post your issue and the authors will sort it out. as with the update released now which is still showing as a broken file

Thanks for the build and the update.  One of the favorite tables on my cabinet.  Now I can really see how the ramps are elevated.  Makes more sense than the earlier version I had.  Really great work and plays great.

Backglass It seem doesnt exists. Any tip?

if you ask why it didn't appear, look in the script near the start... there is a line that you need to change to =3  for B2S

if you need one, look on here : https://www.vpforums...s&showfile=7642

This is an unfair label tied to this download for sure. I've sent a note to Noah with the hopes he can remove this incorrect tag.

In saying that I would propose you add a note to the download section or a readmenow.txt to the CK download version itself that the table may not work unless you have a top of the line PC. This isn't meant in a derogatory way, the download labelled CK is not broken in any way but since a lot of people won't be able to load it, then it might end up getting that "broken" tag added again.

Well, even with a descriptor as I suggest, some would likely add that tag anyway since a lot of people won't read the disclaimer but the txt file explaining the high resolution textures are in place so that the table is build with no compromises (which I think is the intent here) is probably not a bad idea.  Just a suggestion of course!

I'm about to try the table out, can't wait and will report back soon!
