I feel like you have all seen my cab by now. Mine is not very pretty but it has SFF with speakers on the cabinet facing the player and a buttkicker gamer 2 transducer for all of the SFF sounds. The force feedback works great for flippers, bumpers, solenoids, knockers, magna save and even the shaker motor force feedback. I also have the removable analog plunger that can be hot swapped (even in game) with real Jurrasic Park, T2, Fishtales, The Shadow, Indiana Jones, launch ball or High speed 2 shifter buttons etc. Hot swapping plungers / guns and buttons can be done in about 5 seconds or even less since they are held with magnets and the magnets even make all of the electrical connections including the 5V for lights on guns like Jurassic Park and launch ball buttons etc.
I'm using dual contact leafs and It also has a real tiltbob. I disabled the tiltbob since the cab it too light and it was too easy to tilt.
For the ROM audio, that comes out of some speakers on a shelf behind the PinSim or sometimes I have it coming out of the Valve Index headset speakers.
On the inside I made a little button box that does all of the ROM functions as well as windows volume control and VR table height. Since it is based off of the Pinsim design, it also has an arcade Joystick on top and the standard 6 buttons so it can be used as a pedestal mame cabinet as well.
Functionality wise I think this thing is amazing, looks wise, it could use some help
One day i'll build an updated one that looks as nice as it works. Ha! The problem is you can't see it anyway while in VR so its hard to be motivated to mess with it.
