A second Christmas gift ;)

I was a bit sad when Dozer decided to stop producing tables, knowing he was about 80% done with his update to this machine. Very happy to see that you've made one Balater !

Thank you very much !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Nice table. plays good.
I only have my doubts about the dipswitch menu.
I don't have the dipswitch settings manual, but from your table it is copied from RoboWars and looks like there are specific Robowars dips in it.
Found an old post of 32assassin with the TXsector dips and I added my coin chute control.
Maybe you can add this in the following release :
' Dip Switches

' Gottlieb TX-Section

Mike - Dozer's version of this table already has a dips menu. Looked at it ? https://raw.githubus...R_Dozer_RTM.vbs

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Thanks Thalamus, will check when I have a pc available. Do you have the manual for this table? (Or only dip settings to check?)

EDIT:
Checked the script from Dozer and what I have and those matches (except the Coin chute control I added :P

thanks for the update,

according to the VP8 table

you are missing 3 scoring rubbers

Attached File  Capture.PNG   35.61KB   9 downloads

and flipper key calls

Sub Table1_KeyDown(ByVal KeyCode)
If KeyCode=LeftFlipperKey Then Controller.Switch(6)=1
If KeyCode=RightFlipperKey Then Controller.Switch(16)=1

If keycode = PlungerKey Then Plunger.Pullback:playsound"plungerpull"
If vpmKeyDown(KeyCode) Then Exit Sub
End Sub

Sub Table1_KeyUp(ByVal KeyCode)
If KeyCode=LeftFlipperKey Then Controller.Switch(6)=0
If KeyCode=RightFlipperKey Then Controller.Switch(16)=0

If keycode = PlungerKey Then Plunger.Fire:PlaySound"plunger"
If vpmKeyUp(KeyCode) Then Exit Sub
End Sub

and you should consider using  Jps Lights  for tables like this that use Light IDs to trigger events.

you can turn a Light ID call to a subroutine  and code it similar to a solenoid call

their is no need to use dummy lights

your Drop target Hit would look like this

mapped to a subroutine event

	   If chgLamp(ii,0) = 13 Then soldtl chgLamp(ii,1)

your subroutine

Sub soldtl(Enabled) 'controlled by light ID 13
If Enabled Then
dtl1.hit 1
End If
End Sub

By using JPS lights, don't we sometimes lose machine resources?

Not much actually, as it only processes the changed lights. That's the system Pacdude invented 17 years ago, more or less :), just to add fading to the lights and to do not make a big impact on the cpu use.

And thanks for the update :)

Great table! Noticed that the ball release sound is not active, the ball rolling sounds are very low, and when turned up the wire rail sound is not there. Those are nitpicks though!   Love this table!

Can someone help me on the script for the metal rails?  I was able to get the ball rolling sounds and ball release sounds to work, but the ramps are still a no go for me.
