big thank you to
UncleWilly for his VP9 table
Gangafarmer for redrawing the plastics I was missing.

complete rebuild from the ground up using UncleWillys tables as a base.

This is is not a full size table,  I added allot of padding to fill the screen  when played in Pinball Cabinet Mode.

the joystick is mapped to the arrow keys, I included UncleWillys instructions on how to remap the keys if anyone has any custom settings for their joysticks.

This table looks great so far, but I can only see the pinball portion on my playfield monitor and the bezel for the video game on the back glass monitor.

How do I get the video game to show on the backglass? I didn't see anything obvious in the script.

I'm running VPX 10.3.1 and VPM 2.9.

Thanks!

DKong, if I remember correctly, the video game is basically just a DMD. You treat it the same way as you would any other DMD. Sometimes you can drag and resize (You may have to turn on the window border by right clicking) or you should at least be able to go into the registry and set the x-position, y-position, width and height of the DMD for the table. If you're not seeing the video game at all (even on the playfield) the DMD may need turned on in VPinMAME.

Thanks JSpradlin, I had to mess with VPM and the DMD settings and now it works.  Fun table!

Awesome Table. Thanks :-)

Only feedback is that the height of the top plastics needs to be increased by 1 to stop glitches when adjusting the view.

What did you mess with? I am having the same issue, the backglass border and the pin table show but no game up top.

The virtual DMD is the backglass ... kind of. If you use external dmd - turn that off. Then move and resize the internal to the backglass.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

First off, thanks for another awesome rendition of a classic table/video game.

Don't know why but not getting any rom sound. Having same issue with Amazon Hunt. but other tables work fine. Am I missing some files or something?

Per JP, on another thread, I will check F1 when in the table to see if rom sound is checked.

The drop targets are not working correctly.  After you hit one and they reset, the target in front of the captive ball should drop. The captive ball should never have a target in front of it for more than a split second during the reset.

I've gone through this table and can't figure out why the drop targets aren't working correctly. Its odd because every other yellow target you hit has the drop targets reset as they should.  So, if it incorrectly has all 4 up and you hit one, only 3 pop up as it should.  Then if you hit one of the 3, all 4 pop up which is incorrect.  It really feels like PinMAME is not handling the ROM correctly which is odd since it worked perfectly fine in the old versions.

The good news is that I was able to fix it with a simple timer that keeps the target in front of the ball down all times. Still puzzling though.

Does anyone know how to add scanlines to the video portion?  If I open just the ROM in PinMAME, I can easily add them but this doesn't happen when it opens though VP.
