Just about done with all the graphics for our upcoming release of our FS (hopefully B2S) Hurricane pin. I'm hoping some pinheads can lend a hand on the two final decal redraws. I'm trying to find someone that can take up close shots of these two ramp decals I highlighted in pink. Then I can redraw them or use them if they are high enough resolution. These 2 ramp decals are really the final 2 decals to recreate for the pin.

Hoping someone out there has this pin and wouldn't mind lending a hand in taking some pix biggrin.gif

PM me if you can help with the pictures!

I put an SOS out to the local pinball group that I belong to. I think one of them has a Hurricane machine, but not 100% sure.

Thank you very much Dazz. I really appreciate your help! Even if they don't I still appreciate you doing that for me.

Oh man I wish you had posted this a week ago, I was playing the real thing last weekend.

These are the best I could find online. The only other thing I can think of is to ask UncleWilly if they have one in the pinball museum then next time he's there he might get you some shots.

I can't wait for this table... Glad you got the images you needed!

I've been waiting for a good version of Hurricane for a really long time.

Actually just about to finish the top left ramp now too! biggrin.gif EDIT...just finished the left ramp! smile.gif

After I finish this final ramp I will have redrawn literally everything on the pin except the PF. Koadic got his hands on a very very nice PF image and is tweaking it as we need with lighting, etc. This baby is really turning out quite nice and high res. Gonna rock on FS cabs.

If you got em, sure, why not... I think he is good on the coaster for the entrance of the ramp, but would still be nice for a good one of the coaster placed on the wall behind the wheels, for comparison to what he as done. Might as well get both though, so long as you got em biggrin.gif

For those of you interested, I have included a pretty darn nifty ferris wheel for this table if I do say so myself, unlike anything I have seen in other tables (not talking about the wheels themselves, but how I built em).

Stop teasing us Koadic!! What kind of jiggery pokery have you used for this one? hmm.gif

Do they look different to the wheel melon used in Cyclone?

I've got to say the ferris wheels Koadic put together are pretty awesome. Also, Oldskoolgamer has been putting in a lot of work with the re-draws! They look fantastic! The table has been coming along really nice!

OK I'll dig it up. Also, I still have a ferris wheel set here if you need any info from it or if anybody needs scans of the sides. I already uploaded the stickers so I think oldskool has all that.

these should help with the 1 decal. Note the color might be a bit off on the cropped image. I had bad white balance when I took my recent pics. But the larger pic seems to have good color, so go by that one to get your colors or to correct the other one.

Thank you for giving the art on this game so much attention. People overlook this table because Cyclone was already out before it (IRL), & so not even the ferris wheels were a new thing. But I always tell people that thanks to the DMD & more/better sounds that this game is every bit as good as Cyclone. A little more gimmicky I suppose, but still solid.

I might be able to dig up more pics of the ramp rollercoaster decal if you need them, but I'm not certain they would be any better than what I've already shared with you guys. I was wondering why I never took a pic of that ramp without the traffic light thing blocking part of it. But I think it is because when I stripped the game, that box was attached to the ramp & I probably didn't feel like taking it apart. But I should have enough pics from different angles that should show that whole decal if you refer to all of them.

Of course they do, they will be completely angle independent, and work for a desktop table as well as they do for the FS table. Here's a small teaser... and in case you were wondering, yes, that is the actual ball in that pic biggrin.gif.

Hey rob, do you by chance have any good head on pics of the 'cat' targets used on the right target bank? Anything I am able to find is usually too far away/blurry or at a super extreme angle. I think the current table uses the duck targets from the left...

I absolutely do. I might even have a cat target around the house here, but I know I've taken close-up pics just in case somebody ever needed them (cuz I know from many years ago that it was hard to find these in many pics since they are sideways & off to the side)

Hey oldskool, I was just looking at my dropbox & saw some of the ferris wheel stickers. They look GREAT! The only thing I might suggest would be that the orange background looks too light. It should match the orange you see in other areas of the table.

Thanks! smile.gif You see the new PF and all the plastics? Coming together! Also, finished the rollercoaster left ramp and right ramp coaster. And just added the cat targets and new duck targets.

Notice there are 2 attachments here, the BMP file doesn't create a thumbnail, but it is a perfect image for VP, so you may not even need the picture I included as well. Though since the target is kinda low rez, I thought I'd include the pic as well. & if these aren't good enough I just might even have better than that, but I think those will work:) Also, aren't these cat targets also used on Cyclone? Or is it bad cats maybe?
Like I say, you guys please ask when you need something before spending time on it. I hate to see you guys spend hours looking for images or doing more difficult work than you need to, when I've already done the work to get the images you might be looking for. I do all this partly so that other people end up not having to.

I wish I could upload everything to my dropbox, & have all my pics organize, but I just don't have the space or time. However, if somebody also can ask when they need something, I can always dig it up if I think I have it. One day maybe I'll get my pics organized, but I have an insane amount larger than some ppl's entire hard drives.
