Hell yeah!!! This is gonna rock. Just downloaded. Going to play it now...

Had time to save one damsel and destroy the castle. The table is great and very beautifully done. The catapult works flawlessly too. Great job!!!

The author did a great job in FP with this, it's a really fun recreation to play. Gameplay-wise the VP version still has it for me. Maybe some future revisions will fix the ball getting stuck i.e. 2/2 games in, once in MM and the other behind a troll, couldn't nudge out as has been suggested...

JonBaker, good to hear you are enjoying this, bet you are loving that troll mode wink.gif

If 90% of your posts are negative, you shouldn't be surprised if people call you a troll. Basically that is what the definition of a troll is -- someone who continually makes negative posts. But you have the right to your opinion until the administration says you don't. I'm OK with varying views as I think it spices things up smile.gif

ok, here's a positive to balance out the negatives, future pinball has the best tables out there! Which is simply a statement of fact. And getting back to MM, just a great table that blows the VP version out of the water!! Great job.

But not everybody is going to agree to that statement.
Yes the FP version is awesome and I am glad to have it available.
But I still have to give the nod to VP version.
So I would have to say that your statement is not "Fact".
It is a fact, only in your head right now. smile.gif

In fact a very well done table - with a small flaw: the ball tends to get stuck near the eject hole to the right of the castle entry:

It can be released by moderate usage of the tilt keys.

Somehow FP is able to run on my Thinkpad. It's a miracle! Yeah, I get the stuck ball too.

I also saw 5 decals that have gone wayward, on the lower left part of the playfield, stickin' out.

To shoot the catapult, you have to hit the plunger, not both flippers. But other than that, a top notch FP table. How the heck did they do that?

FP has proven beyond any doubt that it doesn't need ROMs and is now producing the best versions of these classic tables ever seen. For every table FP produces the VP version gets removed from my hard drive, it just doesn't compare in my eyes. But the good news is we're all winners because whichever table you prefer, we can all play these excellent tables for FREE. So take your 'hilarious' Troll photo and do something rather inappropriate with it.
