Is there any list with all the not-working games?

MAMEUI can tell you what is working or not working.

Yellow mean there is a problem.

Red mean not working.

Green mean working.

You can get it here at http://www.mameui.info/ .

No need to grab the MAME for this. It already built in it.

Much easier to use than the IV/Play and plain MAME.

If this was addressed to me. Joe...

I mean a site that has what size cpu.. video card.. SSD etc....That would be needed and how to set the whole thing up....

We had a great guy,( Blitz17 ) help us get started on the software part . Then we installed the parts into the cabinet.. And then we added all the tables and roms for VP.... We need instructions on where to begin... I don't know if MAME is a similar build system....

We are not very computer savy.......

MAME is easier to set up - all you really need are the roms, no vbs files or fonts, etc. The majority of older MAME games, like late 90's and earlier, don't take much resources to run. My MAME cab runs off a used 2.2 ghz P4 with 512 megs of RAM, onboard graphics. I play games like Street Fighter 3 no problem. I've never really messed with many of the newer games or CHD's, but I'm pretty sure they take more horsepower. I would say it depends on what games you absolutely must have and go from there.

Ok, let me ask it for 3rd time-->
Is there any list with the Mame's non-working games?
Plz, lead me directly to that list(if exists).

What you see in the link is another build of MAME. It comes with frontend/GUI and let you chose between different game lists. You can also display a list of the non-working games.

Another MAME build (the one I use) is MAMEUIFX: http://mame32fx.alte...ta.org/home.htm. It offers the same features and
even some more additinally. The 64 bit version is available in the forum there (no registration needed to dl).

So if you really want such a list, dl and install one of the versions and let it display the list you want.

There's a website that lists non-emulated games, but that's not what you asked for.
Click the picture frame to visit the pinball people gallery.

If you install mameui from mameui.info, you can run the software and see something like this:

Notice on the left where the "Not Working" category is selected and to the right is the list of non-working games.

That screenshot is from an older version of MAME so on a newer version of MAME, the list might be different. As the saying goes, "Your mileage may vary."

This list refers since v.0.141 but we now are in v.0.144 :/

Suppose I want to learn if Raiden2 or Decathlete are now available. How can I know that? I dont want to install any new Mame version come up....

The only thing that's expected is a little gratitude for the help you're given.

If that's not to your liking, then by all means, go look for yourself. dry.gif

Hey, from the beggining I ask for a list. Telling me things that I already know is not help. Gratitude for what? huh.gif
Besides, I did thanked StevOz.
