Managed to get 9.21 working after getting "Attempted to read or write protected memory."  I believe the following fixed the issue :-

1) Uninstalled existing Visual Pinball (in my case 9.15), and installed Visual Pinball 9.20, using the Full Installer. Tested it worked.

2) Uninstalled Visual Pinball (9.20) and installed Visual Pinball 9.21, using the Full Installer.

I did initially try just installing 9.21 from the Full Installer, but still got the "Attempted to read or write protected memory." errors.  Also the installation defaults the video mode to Windowed, this needs to be changed to Full screen.

downloads fine for me. vp9 finally now officially in dx9 YES!

Wow. The 990 is nothing else than perfect.

I can't believe my eyes. Every table gets a profit.

The compatibility is astonishing high. Works with many VP8 tables too.

And what I like most: It's the first version which doesn't affect the preferences of the older versions.

Congrats for this one. Must have been a hard struggle for all of you.

please what is exactly the difference between standalone an full install ?

is full install only for people who are brand new to VP and are installing their first version ?

hi all, I have problems with windows 7 64b ledwiz with the version 9.2.0 works ok with the version 9.9.0 loading takes long table and out, the screen stays blank

a MASSIVE thank you to everyone involved, this is a triumph.

I can't tell you how much this has improved my pinball cab. Everything I could never run before - Addams Family Gold, Indiana Jones 9.2, The stunning PCkiller version of Monster Bash, JP's Gorgeous new TOTAN beta, and so on all run absolutely flawlessly. I have not changed a single setting and everything is tickety-f*cking boo.

Now we no longer need massive high end cards either to get 1080p super smooth play, I imagine. As even with my 2GB 660 GTX, a $200 card, I could not even come close to running the pckiller edition of monster bash - but now it runs buttery smooth without even a hint of microstutter. I can hardly believe what I am seeing.

I am having issues with Indiana Jones and VP 9.9.0.  The other 21 tables I have are fine but Indiana is throwing up script erros all over the place. The table is working on 9.2.1 just fine.  Any suggestions?

vp990 loads a table in the editor i press play program terminate no errors

I can't figure this out

Unfortunately 9.9.1 crashes when loading a table (Win8), 9.9.0 works fine
