This is the 2nd time you've uploaded this table, & both times you put it in the wrong section. This needs to go into the VP9 mods section.
This isn't an original table.

Also you shouldn't create a new upload for a new version. You should just overwrite your last version of the table with this one. You don't want people to have the option to grab the older version, which doesn't have the latest fixes.

Before uploading the admin said to upload it to this section, they would afterwards put it into the wright section. ( i don't have rights to upload it into the mod section )
