Bryans "Four Square" Allwin and Ruffler/Walker Earth Satellite. Fixed various playfield issues and fixed the plunger max speed to play on Visual Pinball 9.

When playing "4 Square", even 100 velocity is not enough to get the ball all the way to the "cups". I press F10 to play "Earth Satellite" and nothing happens.
