On VPX v2.2 tom_14hb.zip has a U22 error, instead use tom_13.zip
 
 
Update Line 200 with new file name:
Const cGameName = "tom_13" '1.3x arcade rom - with credits
 
UPDATE:  Was able to use by pressing F1 and checking the Skip Pinball Startup Tests ( Still get the U22 Error on DMD startup, by then runs)
 
PLEASE Remove Broken Message
