Download Future Spa VP91x v1.2FS 1.2.0

Based on the table by Bally from 1979
This is a wide body, so the appearance may be a little different than a normal table.
I have used images bigger than 1024 (only JPG) so if it doesn't look right use the 1024 limit in the VP91x preferences.

- Added flipper settings by Eala Dubh Sidhe
- Added missing ball rails
- Fixed the loop trigger
- Changed nudge settings

Had a buddy over a few weeks ago playing my cab. He asked if I had Future Spa installed. I didn't. Came here, downloaded the game, and proceeded to play Future Spa from midnight until 2am. Love, love, LOVE this game. Thank you JP for your work on this. Would be sweet to see this on VPX!
