Very nice table unclewilly!
In Visual Pinball 9.9 this starts up zoomed in way to far making only the top right corner of the playfield visible.
Click the 'Backdrop' button in Visual Pinball and change the X Scale to 1 and Y Scale to 1. Then change X Offset to 0 and Y Offset to 0. Then launch the table and it should display fine.
