LUT mode was entered, at various levels F12
Can be played by version 10.80.
Added playfield_mesh for table texture.
Thanks to Mr. JP Salas for creating the directB2S.
Version derived from Black Jack SS and converted to EM.

Good work. But the bonus should reset to 0 at the start of the game and when we lost a ball : replace both Bonus = 1 in the script by Bonus = 0.
I went with the solid-state version.
