Congratulations, excellent work. BUT... yes, there is a but...

I want to play Pinball Action in full width and height, not just some sort of micro image...

My dear friend, you waste 30% of the total screen with the High Scores and images on the bottom. I don't care about the High Scores and images at all... I want to play Pinball Action in the full dimension like in the original and in MAME...

If you fix that, the game will look amazing, and the gameplay will be excellent.

Thank you. I've loved this game for decades, in the original arcades and on PC in MAME.

But it is a VPX implementation. In other words, 100% nostalgia with the benefits of VPX.

VPX 10.8.0 that table is loaded, but not start simulation.

The media files links not open the site.

Need the media files too ?

Just tried it again, works fine on my VPX10.8.0...

(it was developped for that version i mind from the ground up)

Can you confirm other tables work for you?

How do you attempt to "start the simulation" other than launching it in Visual Pinball, and pressing 5 for credit and 1 for play?

Music, sfx and backdrop are all embedded in the main vpx. No "media" file should be missing from running at all.

The additional "media" folder in the zip is extra optional stuff if you have a proper cabinet (b2s, topper, 3rd screen video) and a bit of documentation/screenshot - nothing to do or add for it to run. Should "just work" TM.

I may spend a bit of time doing a v12 soon to support VR (I got myself a headset!), and fix the odd minor issue, so I'd be interested to know what your issue is! (or was)

Sorry, just spotted that comment...

Should be fine, maybe the lighting will need tweaking? But I don't recall using any specific 10.8 feature in the end that was critical to the script/table.

But with 10.8 now in stable release I would recommend to upgrade!

Oh yeah, now that you mention it - I've spotted it: Not sure what this link is!!!

Other tables don't seem to have such extra "media pack" link on there... not sure why my table does!

It certainly doesn't need media files to run, and all the extra goodies I already included in the main zip.

I think another user did a nice alternate backglass? Maybe it was a link to that? Unsure.

If I do a v12, I'll doublecheck that link to remove the 404 error as you are right it could be confusing to users where the table doesn't quite run.

Anyways - like I said in my previous comment, all the files you need are either embedded in the vpx table itself, or included in the main zip file (as a media subfolder within it) if you have a pin cabinet.

You can ignore the media pack broken link, nothing to see there.

If it still doesn't work for your setup, I would need more information to try to help but it works fine on a couple of machines I have here / cab or desktop, even from a fresh download.
