the vpuniverse rom also works but you have to rename the file inside the zip to spoker.bin

Could someone please point me in the right direction for back glass.  Game is cool.  Plays great.  Comes up with at start of game "Please be aware that this game does not have sound emulated yet".  Do get sound.  So, what is up with the message?

please make sure, You are using the latest Vpinmame.dll availiable. Although Space Poker was emulated before, only the changes Gaston made recently emulates the lights and solenoids as they should.

The game had a separate sound chip, that is not included in the ROM file. The sounds in version 1.0 are recorded from a video, I have. Wiesshund made some changes to add more general ROM sounds, as for "Force".

I will check, what sound calls I have to remove and post an update. I will also add some hints on the table rules in the description:

Rules:

Dropping the Drop Targets in correct order (right to left) scores indicated Royal Flush value

Completing the 4 top K-Rollovers advances Royal Flush Multiplier

Hitting a lit Joker Target advances Bonus Multiplier

Completing 3 Holes advances P-O-K-E-R lights. 

EB is lit at right Hole after P-O-K are lit

Special is lit at right Outlane after all P-O-K-E-R lights are lit

Left Hole lights Spinner and left Inlane for 5K

Yo uso en modo desktop VPX 1.8 beta x64 y sin backglass, entonces el dmd me daba problemas con el tamaño:
 

 
La solución fue dejar asi estas líneas:
 
Línea 304: Controller.ShowDMDOnly=1
Línea 305: Controller.Hidden = 0   (deben descomentar o quitar la comilla ' del comienzo)

Con eso pude corregir el dmd:
 



Y también el problema del rom (creo que es optativo):

El que funciona bien con Vpinmame 3.5 (la última versión estable) es el que viene en el pack de pinballnirvana que posteó Schwarz:

Pero noté que también funciona para el nombrado como "spcpoker_ekky" con un archivo extra inclusive:
 


Y creo que es la mejor opción porque este agrega un leve sonido de fondo a la mesa.

Entonces renombrar:

Línea 37: Const cGameName = "spcpoker"  por: Const cGameName = "spcpoker_ekky"

Got the ROM working.

script errors, unable to load, installed every rom I could locate on vpinuniverse.

Load the table, push "F1", then mark in "Cabinet mode".
