PinGod.VP Controller
1. Install controller from PinGod.VP-Setup
2. Copy Scripts from PinGod.VP-Setup to Visual Pinball / Scripts
Display Setup
1. Run game executable and use F1 for settings and F2 to adjust position size
2. After game is run and exited an `override.cfg` file is created in same directory. You can add whatever in here from Godot/ProjectSettings.
3. If editing by hand don't change `width / height` but use `test_width` and `test_height`.The width / height is the size the game was created in and needed to preserve ratio.
Visual Pinball
1. Open the game in VPX 10.7 and run
1b. If you want to move the VPX table file away from the game then you should update the script file "TableName.vbs". The script for the table is the same name and is used by VP when loaded.
-- RULES --
Mode start: Modes are lit by the targets on the control panel (mini playfield).
Light all 3 lights of one colour to start a mode.
K.I.T.T Ramp: Start the mode (green) and hit the ramp.
Every time you hit the ramp you have to relight this mode again.
K.A.R.R: Defeat KAAR (yellow): 60 seconds to defeat by making all shots.
Failure requires a restart from mini playfield.
Super Pursuit Mode: Multiball with jackpots. Light lock by completing (Red).
Lock the ball in the truck, the truck will raise after each lock.
Kickback: Activated by hitting the 3 red targets on playfield.
Special: Outlanes collect special if lit. Activated with kickback.
Extra Ball: Collect from miniplayfield access kicker

What's New in Version 0.98 (See full changelog)
- - Initial release
- 0.98
- VPX - Embee: added new playfield inserts, plastics, HDR, LUT, flasher domes, global light settings
- horse: Updated VTurn textures, upper pf GI, sorted layers.
- Pingod:
- Advise to update latest controller (included), it may still work but window settings have been removed from script and into the game window.
- F1 Settings menu for display , sound, pingod settings.
- F2 Resize / Move
- Fixed upper PF truck target lamps not updating.
- Game files loaded from .pck. snd + gfx (this will make updates smaller, if just PinGod then 6mb updates)
- Executable packed to 10mb, may cause false positive but the executable will always be the same for every game, it is just a loader.
- 0.98a Fix for loading game resources and config for players that are separating VPX files. override.cfg will be saved with the game (as intended) and not visual pinball.

No. It just registers the controller so VP can use it in a table script, the setup file is just to make it easy for you to install. The controller sends switches to the game and receives lamps, coils.
Nice job on this. The DMD is stunning. I love that you are converting all the old Future Pinball tables.
For those worried about installing. It is running fine on my cab, no issues. Successfully using PinballY as the Front-end
couldn't get it work on mine says windows cannot access the specified device path or file

Yeah that's a strange one. In the table script you could try adding the full path to the game, C:\YourPath\PinGod.KnightRider.exe
Const GameDirectory = ".\PinGod.KnightRider.exe" 'exported game
have a few issues i press F2 and move it to the screen i want for the Backglass then hit F2 again but is not filling the whole screen its cutting a bit off the roght side and a bit off the bottom imrunning a 1920x1080 BG screen,

In the table script you can set ".DisplayFullScreen = True", that should force it full screen.
I think if you play around too much with F2 then it may go out of sync, but once you have your display set and restart VP, you shouldn't get issues with that when you play again.
ok i tried that and then the BS ends up on my playfield and then can move it to the other screen
and is there a way to get it to close the BG when you close the table

If you set the DisplayX to your other screen then it will full screen there. It could be picking up default 0, 0.
ESC will close it. P is pause.
If I run the table from PinballY (should also work for PinballX), it will close down the BG (or as I call it the DMD), when I exit the table. If I run it from the cmd prompt I get the same issue of it not closing. Setting the DG/DMD works best for me if I do it through the settings.save file located for me (as example) at C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\KnightRiderGodot
