This is a VPX conversion and makeover of JPSalas' 2009 VP8 table.
The table is great fun and plays well.
2.0 has a new layout, sound and glassier ramps.

- 1.0 Playfield (thanks TAB), lights, lighting, layout, physics, graphics, script, sound
- 1.1 DOF added(thanks arngrim), B2S support(thanks everyone), DT background enabled

b2s doesnt show up. I use the wildman 2.0 version of the b2s.

(I had to change the controller to "B2S.server" to get the backglass going. (Instead of vpinmame.controller, see line 10 in script. Maybe this will help someone else too).
