I'm having trouble with this one table. The lights are blinking, the music's playing, the plunger's plunging --but it won't START. What'd I miss?

Oh, Okay. Some (lots!) of the Bally and Gottlieb system 3 tables require different nvram files.

Destruk put a link to the replacement nvram files at the "SURF 'N SAFARI" download.
