This rare beauty has no plunger. The ball is launched directly from the drain using a third flipper, the ball is released by pressing the right flipper key (a plunger button key was added too for Your convenience).
Two knobs next to the flipper buttons that can be used to nudge the playfield without causing a Tilt. Its call ”El Movimiento”, this has been emulated by the MagnaSave keys.
.vbs file included in zip to use only if you are missing it in the Scripts folder.
The table rules are included in the zip.

You could.
Some roms are imperfect but best available dumps, with little hope of ever getting a better one.
And cab mode is pretty much yes, unless you are debugging a rom or something, but there are better tools for that than vpinmame.dll

I have Flippers freeze issue when playing a game and a popup warning of sound not fully supported?
Is the rom need to be updated?
