As others said use the 160H rom from the Stern website.

Edit the script to use it and the DMD will not be slow and you will get all the music and call outs working.

The script calls for the 156 rom and probably should be changed.

Thank you for this. I did just that though I am still experiencing lag issues. Wonder what else it could be?

tried all the roms - they all will slow after a while. 

I tried using twd_160h ROM after twd_156h lagged so much, and there's still not much of an improvement. 

Okay, the Pro ROM ("twd_160") works, but it probably has issues with the crossbow. I don't know if there's anything you can do on your end or if it's because of VPX and/or Stern. 

160h doesn't work for me - I get equal amounts of lag and slowdown with both.

Unfortunately none of the rom works from me (156 - 160h)  , everything works fine at first but at the end of ball 3 (first game) extreme DMD lags.

Will try Pro rom twd_160" latter.

A few things are recognized:

The flasher are to much, to bright.... Uncomfortable the max. flasher intensity is not
stored in a variable for an easy modification....

All roms are lags in a 64bit environment : twd_156h, 156hc, 160, 160h and 160hc. Only the 156 is running without lag. But with this one the weapon lamps in the middle near the slings and the harpune (Armbrust) doesn't work. Lag means, that there is an issue with the external DMD. "Video"-Sequence are very slow.....

That the result in a 64 bit environment.

If I start the table (after compilation) with 32bit under 10.7, the Rom 160h doesn't lag anymore.
