Whats a good backglass to do with this one ?
Some funky stuff with this table. First time run ran fine. Then since then I get the sound emulation error.
Then when it started I'd hear a ball rolling sound but no buttons or keyboard would work to add credit/start game.
I had to edit it to 1 for stock table and music. FLEX option seemed to fubar it up. I run the lastest. Not 1.9 but the ones after that. Whatever it is.
I have the pinmame display set not to show but yet still does.
Music sounds good tho.

I'm a real Noob here, but I LOVE a challenge! Let's see how this works out! ;p
Edit:
I followed your instructions, made the edits ect.. all warnings are now gone.
As soon as I hit the start key (1), it locked up with the message something like "can't find music file ****.mp3".
I didn't see any MP3 files added to during my install so that's just due to the "Media Pack" I decided to skip.
So, I went back to the script and choose the "No Music" option, everything started with NO errors.
Still.. there's one issue I've never seen, the Tables graphics are extending beyond my screen edges!
In other words, I can't see the top or bottom of the table.
I played a few colored balls and everything else seemed fine, I haven't a clue how to fix the clipping issue.
Edit:
Followed your advice and changed the ball color, now it retains it's green comet trail when launched but becomes
a simple chrome ball once in play.
I really like this table, the graphics are some of the best I've seen, the physics and game play also feel great to me.
If I could learn how to keep the image from extending off my screen this would be a real keeper!
Even with that issue, I'm playing this a lot! ![]()
adjust your POV
open table in vpx (as opposed to just launching the table
press F6 which will launch the table but in a view adjustment mode
flippers change a value, magnasave cycles through the values
Values i would suggest changing
ZOffset (OFFSET NOT SCALE)
increase ZOffset to the positive to zoom out of the table
adjust inclination to adjust how much the table is tilted
Adjust those 2, to whatever feels best to you
Once you have adjusted it, quit back to editor
Click FILE >EXPORT > POV and save the POV
Then if table gets updated, you wont have to reset the POV because it will be saved in a sperate POV file
And yes, the music is in the media pack
You can download, or run it with music disable
Or you can throw in your own music files in music\heavymetal
then look at the script and search for mp3
and just change the file names to your music's file names
Wow! I just did that! I read up on that on another web site! I just came back here to report all is well and saw YOUR post! LOL!
I ended up just changing the POV until the top edge was visible, it's lookin' good!
I saved my changes, but I will go back and export that POV as you suggest, that's a good idea!
Thank you for your work and responding to me here! I've only been dong this for 3 days, but I've years of experience
creating game mods and working with "MAME" Arcade files. I knew there is always a way and it does make life easier if people
would just read a bit more, like those instructions you so painstakingly provided!
Great table and thank you! I can not get the music files to download in dropbox. Is there another location to get the music files?
Thank you again!
