LOVE this table! Thank you so much.
Hoping someone with the skills makes a PUP pack this year.

Well, you could make one
You may even be able to use the DMD media for the DMD part, since the media itself is not downscalled and no dotmask is applied to the media itself.
You could put the PUP calls in where the current UltraDMD calls are
I am not 100% sure how you would go about having PUP display the scoring
but i am already having the table determine what LED segments are lit in the ROM, and what number value that would equate to
which is how i am putting score values into the DMD, when that table has no such thing in real life
So maybe you could use that?
Bonjour
ça y est tout va bien tout fonctionne ,
merci beaucoup des conseils
1.22 worked fine but cant get 1.4 to work

your VPX installation is much out of date, as are your core scripts
you need to update your VPX installation to be 10.6.1, with up to date scripts
table has a support thread, better to use it
Hi, the new version put this error script in line 667: player = (player + 1) mod (players)
Any idea for solve? thanks.
Hi, the new version put this error script in line 667: player = (player + 1) mod (players)
Any idea for solve? thanks.
Only time i have seen that error is on a PC that was unable to operate the timers at proper speed
only thing i can suggest to you there is
1) try running the table with out flex or ultra DMD, try mode 0 or 1
2) try running the table with B2S disabled, if you do not use a cabinet, or your front end will show a static backglass
or
3) Edit that line to just say Player = 0, and the table will basically be 1 player only, but shoudl play fine otherwise
If you get that error, you will also find that the desktop backbox, and FSS backglass LED's to not read properly
they do not light up all segments as they should, and the DMD video will show odd numbers for the scoring
though the ROM will still show the score fine.
Not much i can do for you in this case
I am not using many high precision timers, and the ones i am using, are not doing terribly complicated things
but they have to be able to run fast enough to keep up with what the ROM is doing as the speed the ROM is doing it
for the DMD scoring and the table events to work right, it all hinges on watching the ROM's LED controller very quickly
I wanted to reach out to the community for help to getting Heavy Metal Rowamet 1983 1.4.0 up and running. First time trying this table. I saw the movie as a kid. I am getting the below errors:
line 227 - Variable is undefined: 'B2Soff'
Line 506 Object required: 'Controller'
Where do I place the the HvyMtl.DMD folder?

the DMD folder goes in the tables folder
and there errors you are getting is because your VPX installation is very out of date
You need at the least VPX 10.6.1 with all scripts updated
Freezy's DMD extensions version 1.8, and should have FlexDMD version 1.6
If you need more help, please use the table support thread, red button upper right

Error line 179 and line 436 object required?
What version of the table are you trying to run?
Const UltraDMD_VideoMode_Bottom = 3and
neither of which should return an object required result
Especially 179 as is it just a constant
Make sure you have table version 1.4.0
Or tell me which version you do have, all my tables list the version number in table info
